| Silicone rubber is one of the important silicone material products,but its poor thermal conductivity,the compression set is relatively low.By selecting appropriate raw materials and optimization of thermal conductive filler filling method,it can produces a with high thermal conductivity and low compression.Silicone rubber composite materials with the dual specific advantages has research value and application value.In this study,using vinyl silicone oil with suitable vinyl content as base polymer,cross-linking agent containing silicone oil reaction,suitable inorganic compounds as thermal conductive filler,addition reaction with platinum catalyst under high temperature,a silicone rubber composite with high thermal conductivity and low compression set.In this study,the following researches has been mainly made :firstly,the effects from the different A values(the mole number ratio of vinyl invinyl silicon oil and hydrogen in silicone oil containing hydrogen,the same below)and thermal conductive fillers for the compression set of the silicone rubber;secondly,the effects of conductive filler of one-component filler’s content and particle size on the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber and other properties with the help of DRP-II thermal conductivity device;thirdly two-component mixed fillers based on the truth that one-component packing affects the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber;after that,the three-component with the thermal conductivity by physical properties of mixed fillers on silicone rubber composite materials,and the corresponding analysis model using quasi thermal conductivity model;finally select the silicone rubber conductive composite materials with the most balanced performance from the experimental results.A series of the experimental results indicates:the silicone rubber with A=1.3 has the compression set in this paper(15%),to one-component thermal conductive filler,the bigger particle size,and the greater the filling amount,the higher compression set,the higher the disadvantageous to the comprehensive performance of silicone rubber composites;In one-component filler filling,the maximum thermal conductivity comes from aluminum nitride;high filling quantity benefits more than low filling quantity the fillers packaging,making more conduction paths to the multi-component filler packing;multi-component mixed fillers can further enhance thermal conductivity of silicon rubber,multi-component is more effective than a two-component filling,the maximum thermal conductivity of silicon rubber composite is 5 times more than that of silicone rubber silicone itself by the addition of aluminum nitride;by the pattern form of 10μm/5μm/1μm,and the proportion of 3:2:1,finally a silicon rubber composite material was successfully produced with a comprehensive properties including 0.934w/(m·k)thermal conductivity coefficient and 22% compression set. |
