In this paper,ZnO nanocrystals with five different morphologies were prepared via simple aqueous solution methods.Various experiment parameters were investigated by controlling the concentration of zinc salt,different base salts,surfactants(CTAB)and thermal treatment.The surface morphologies,crystalline structure and optical property of various ZnO nanocrystals were characterized and analyzed by Scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),Photoluminescence(PL)and Ultraviolet-visible absorption(UV-Vis)spectra.Organic light emitting materials composited with ZnO nanocrystals were fabricated by spin-coating technique.SEM,PL spectra and UV-Vis were used to analyze the composite microstructure and optical property of the compound membrane.The result indicated that as the amount of ZnO increased after compositing,and a new purple light emission peak emerged compare to pure organic micromolecule.It was concluded that the organic/inorganic hybrid structure could control and enrich the colors of luminescence,which could enhance the commercial applications.It could be complement each other's advantages and to improve composite luminous and stability property by combining the organic/inorganic materials.The different lengths and interspaces of ZnO nanorods array were prepared by changing growth time and concentration of seed solutions under atmospheric conditions in aqueous solution in the work.SEM,XRD,PL and UV spectrum were used to analyze the surface morphology,crystal structure and optical property of ZnO nanorods array.Taking pure acetone and the mixture of water with acetone ratio of 9 to 1 as solvent,organic light emitting micromolecules were spinning-coated onto the surface of the different lengths and interspaces of ZnO nanorods array,the hybrid micro structure and optical property of hybrid film were investigated by SEM,PL and UV spectrum.The result suggested that the composite film emerged a new green light emission peak at 530 nm compared to the ZnO nanorods array,which indicated that the compositing method with organic light emitting molecule and ZnO nanorods array could be used to enrich the colors of luminescence and widen its applications.
