However, PBS also has its drawbacks, the melt strength is too low, not after the modification is difficult to film forming, our country is a large agricultural country, there is a great demand for plastic film such as film material. Therefore,in order to reduce the environmental pollution, the modification of PBS can be applied to the field of membrane materials.This paper through the physical crosslinking of PBS modified PBS crosslinking reaction, improve melt strength, so that PBS can be blown film processing. Using adipate(PBAT), polylactic acid (PLA) modified PBS. At the same time, the research of PBS,PBS/PBAT, PBS/PLA, PBS/PLA/PBAT.By changing the radiation dose of PBS to regulate PBS crosslinking crosslinking degree, low melt strength is too small is not easy to be blown film, crosslinking through large is not conducive to the further processing of mixed change. The results showed that the cross-linked material can improve the performances of PBS material, in the irradiation dose of 4kGy, 5kGy, 6kGy, 7kGy, 8kGy, 10kGy. The results show that with the increase of radiation dose, the properties of materials have obvious change. When the irradiation dose is about 5kGy, the material has the best performance.The mechanical properties of PBS film were optimized by adjusting the ratio of the other resins. The results show that the PBAT will make the toughness of the material is improved obviously, but with too much down to the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and bending strength of PBS membrane materials, although the addition of PLA can improve PBS membrane material strength, reduce the excessive addition but makes the film material toughness, by adjusting the formula finally found the best the amount of PBAT was about 30%. And the best dosage of PLA is about 10%.To compare the effects of experimental product modified by changing the processing order, by comparing the first blending crosslinking and crosslinked blends of PBS and 10%PBAT before and after crosslinking, blending and crosslinking has three yuan,10%PLA has linked and related performance of pure materials testing, so as to get the best material with PBS crosslinking and crosslinking successively order. The results showed that BS, PBAT and PLA three yuan crosslinked materials obtained in the 5kGy exposure of the material, the composite material is superior to other cross-linking in mechanical properties,with the increase of radiation dose, the hardness of the material increases, the tensile strength and bending strength are enhanced obviously, and the melt index decreased.
