Oil field heating furnace is an important heat exchange equipment in oil field exploration,development,production,gathering and transportation.With most of the major oil and gas fields in our country entered into the high water cut stage and the development of heavy oil and natural gas,the area and the difficulty of the development are increasing,so the use quantity of oil field heating furnace is gradually increasing.Because of its advantages of long service life,simple manufacturing process,simple main structure,relatively reasonable cost,fired tube heater was widely used in oilfield enterprises.At present,the fired tube heater is most used in the Daqing oilfield.Due to the continuous operation and sustained by the flame from scouring,fire tube(furnace)heat load is not uniform,and much more impurities in the heated medium(oil-polluted water),it may be bulged in the high thermal load of the fire tube in the process.As the deformation increases gradually,may lead to fire tube crack and perforation.Therefore,in this paper,through carrying out the research on a fired tube heater installed in thermal load-uniformity-device before and after the heat load distribution,analysis of the fire burning principle from the combustion field,the temperature field and then puts forward some solutions for preventing the fire burning.The paper come from the national nonprofit industry research of AQSIQ"Fired tube heater combustion field research and thermal load-uniformity-device development"(project number:201310163),the study is mainly on compare with the distribution of thermal load before and after installing thermal load-uniformity-device under the different types of burner with different power.The main contents are as following:(1)Simulation of fired tube heater of actual working condition of DaQing oil field,designed two types burner under two kinds of load,thermal load-uniformity-device installation before and after the thermal load test,the test program set up a test rig;(2)For atmospheric burners and forced air blast burners,respectively in the 400kWand 700kW two kinds of power,before and after the installation of thermal load-uniformity-device,the circumferential and axial temperature distribution of the fire tube and thermal load-uniformity-device were measured and the test results were compared.(3)Under the different power and different burner of gas velocity and temperature were measured,analyzed with a water plane flame inclination,and this is based on the analysis of the mechanism of fire extinguishers erosion.(4)Based on the comprehensive analysis of the test data,this paper studied on the matching of atmospheric burner and forced air blast burner before and after the installation of thermal load-uniformity-device in the safety and energy efficiency with fired tube heater.
