With the acceleration of industrialization in China,people knew more about the hazards of environmental pollution.Whether it is air pollution or water pollution,all of them are closely related to the people's daily life.If the environmental pollution is not controlled effectively,it will be restricted the pace of industrial development.In the two decades from the 1990's in the last century to now,researchers researched closely followed the advanced theory of internationality in China,and tried many trials in the field of sewage anaerobic technology in the organic waste water treatment.They made the progress and accumulated the experience at the same time,especially UASB,EGSB,IC(internal circulation)and other anaerobic reactor which have been widely used.Especially IC reactor,it has been generally recognized in various fermentation wastewater treatment processes.IC reactor,namely internal circulation anaerobic reactor,which has got industry recognized,is the representative of the third anaerobic reactor generation in the three decades from Holland Company's invention to now.The fast starting speed,high organic load and strong ability to adapt are the main characteristics of the IC reactor and other reactors,which is different from other reactors.In this paper,the production process of domestic IC reactor was put into operation,and the inoculation and domestication of granular sludge was carried out,and the IC reactor of ethanol fermentation wastewater was explored.Debugging through the observation of the weight loss,pH,COD and other indicators of granular sludge contrast test,careful selection of granular sludge;in the domestication of inoculation,with reference to the EGSB reactor startup experience,time sequence will start the process into four stages include:dormant activated sludge wake stage,granular sludge proliferation in the recovery phase,the granular sludge natural selection stage and granular sludge acclimation phase.At the same time,the temperature of the IC reactor was controlled,and the sludge load of the reactor was gradually increased.In order to verify the starting effect,the operation effect of the two kinds of water intake of high concentration and low concentration was observed.The results show that when the influent concentration is 3000-5000mg/L,the removal rate of COD can reach more than 90%,and the biogas production is more than.IC reactor and matching system equipment running smoothly,excellent performance,can achieve a long period of stable operation.
