Porous polymer materials have the characteristics of low density,large specific surface area,low thermal conductivity,easy processing,good permeability,and good adsorption performance.Therefore they have great values in filtration adsorption,catalysis,environmental science,biomedical and other applications.At present,the synthesis of porous polymer materials mainly adopts the emulsion template method.Because it has many advantages such as low preparation cost,the easily removable template and the controllable pore structure.In this paper,we used emulsion template based on microfluidic technology to prepare porous polymer materials.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Amphiphilic block copolymer poly(styrene-4 vinyl pyridine)(PS-P4VP)was the raw material.Monodisperse single emulsion droplets were obtained by one-step microfluidic.After the self-emulsification and phase separation(macrophase separation and microphase separation),single emulsion drops spontaneously transformed to form the multi-core double emulsion drops.After solvent evaporation and droplet solidification,monodisperse porous heterogeneous membrane was obtained.2.By using optical microscope,SEM,TEM,CLSM,AFM and NMR,the appearent morphology,internal structure,the formation mechanism of porous heterogeneous membrane were observed and analysised in detail.The results showed that the structure of the porous membranes is heterogeneous.The middle porous structure could be adjusted by changing the concentration of PS-P4VP.The porous heterogeneous membrane is able to coat simultaneously hydrophilic and hydrophobic fluorescent dyes.The fluorescence colors of the porous heterogeneous membrane could be employed as barcoding elements for encrypting information regarding the content on their surfaces,such as clinically relevant cell types.3.Amphiphilic block copolymer poly(styrene-4 vinyl pyridine)(PS-P4VP)and ferroferric oxide nanoparticles(Fe304)were the raw materials.The monodisperse single emulsion droplets were obtained by one-step microfluidic.After the self-emulsification and the synergy effects,single emulsion drops spontaneously transformed to form high internal phase emulsion.After solvent evaporation and droplet solidification,monodisperse multifunction macroporous particles(MMMPs)were obtained.4.By using optical microscope,SEM,TEM,VSM,CLSM,nano particle and Zeta potential analyzer and UV-visible spectrophotometer,the appearent morphology,internal structure,element distribution and versatility of MMMPs were observed and analysed in detail.The results showed that the size of the interconnected macroporous structure depends on the polymer to nanoparticles ratio change.Moreover,MMMPs have a good adsorption performance because of the endowed magnetic and pH responsiveness by nanoparticles and the polymer.
