In order to ensure the full supply of cellulose ethanol in the future,cellulose ethanol raw materials for diversified selection and utilization is imperative.Bioenergy grass as a new type of energy materials,with its unique development advantages and has attracted wide attention in the world.First,we selected the five kinds bioenergy plants which are hybrid pennisetum,silverreed,switchgrass,giantreed,and elephantgrass of their composition and transformation process,and compare to the corn stalk to judge their potential in ethanol production.The content of cellulose of the silverreed was the highest about 43.08%only from the composition,which is the most potential of bioenergy plant.The content of cellulose of the six kinds of raw materials was sorted by the following:silverreed>hybrid pennisetum>switchgrass>giantreed>corn stalk>elephantgrass.From the final ethanol production efficiency,the materials required for the production of ethanol were obtained from the six production units of hybrid pennisetum,silverreed,giantreed,switchgrass,corn stalks and elephantgrass respectively were 6.00 t,6.71 t,6.78 t,7.14 t,7.17 t,11.52 t,and thus the four kinds of bioenergy grass of hybrid pennisetum,silverreed,giantreed,switchgrass are better than corn stalk whether in the composition or in the actual production capacity of cellulose ethanol,where the elephantgrass is poor than the corn stalk.Secondly,four kinds of bioenergy grasses with better ethanol production efficiency were selected in this paper,and their life cycle analysis and assessment were carried out according to the existing development status.The results show that:(1)The use of bioenergy plants to produce cellulose ethanol is mainly to realize the transformation and utilization of energy forms,the highest energy efficiency is the hybrid pennisetum.(2)The four kinds of bioenergy grasses life cycle of environmental emission levels are 1,meet the national environmental protection emission requierment.(3)The net income of It cellulose ethanol by the silverreed,giantreed,hybrid pennisetum,switchgrass was361.68 Yuan,250.26 Yuan,426.44 Yuan,553.62 Yuan,and the switchgrass was the highest,but when calculate the income by 1 hm2 land bioenergy grass yield,the economic net income of the hybrid pennisetum is best.(4)Ecological values of air purification produced by planting silverreed,giantreed,hybrid pennisetum,switchgrass per 1 hm2 land was 40169.30 Yuan,35447.76 Yuan,69383.19 Yuan,23659.34 Yuan,and the hybrid pennisetum is best.In combination,the hybrid pennisetum has the most development advantages as a cellulose ethanol supplementary material from the four kinds of bioenergy grass.In the end,the extraction and optimization of the steam blasting pretreatment technology were used for the hybrid pennisetum in this paper,and the xylan dissolution kinetics formula was obtained from the steam blasting pretreatment of non-neutral salt of the hybrid pennisetum,which can be used to predict the residual amount of xylan residues before pretreatment,which has great significance to the guidance of industrial production.In addition,optimize the pretreatment process of hybrid pennisetum by combined hydrolysis factor(CHF)theory,obtain a set of better pretreatment process parameters that the productivity of ethanol was improved 6.02%after optimum.
