Cavitation specific refers to the liquid in the cavity of gas or liquid due to the effect of outfield, oscillate physical phenomena, formation, development, growth, shrinkage cavity,breaking process. Cavitation this phenomenon itself is very complex,the bubbles in the fluid at the time of breaking can produce huge pressure, instantaneous can produce huge energy around the bubble, the fluid will also have the phenomenon of high speed jet. These vast amounts of energy generated by hydraulic cavitation in the physical, chemical, water treatment and other fields is a new chapter.In order to explore and research the multistage orifice hydraulic cavitation of the cavitation mechanism, optimize the design of the multistage orifice hydraulic cavitation device, to find the optimal parameter design, for the future multi-stage orifice hydraulic cavitation applications in industrial fields such as to provide theoretical basis. In this paper,the CFD numerical simulation method, mainly by the single stage orifice hydraulic cavitation device, secondary orifice hydraulic cavitation device, tertiary orifice hydraulic cavitation device to simulate. The device inside the orifice plate design with puckering orifice, double distributed plate, and three distributed plate. Overall simulation of former processing software use GAMBIT software, the most important to solve the calculation and post-processing choose to use FLUENT software, based on the analysis of the software results late get multistage orifice hydraulic cavitation device required for the best parameters.This paper studies the multi-stage orifice plate series and hydraulic cavitation device level and the level of the influence of the distance between the orifice plate. First is a single-arch orifice study, compare primary orifice and secondary orifice, get when the orifice plate series of 2, secondary orifice hydraulic cavitation than level orifice hydraulic cavitation degree is high, energy efficiency is high; In the secondary orifice hydraulic cavitation, the two 60mm orifice plate distance, weak influence, when the two plate spacing is 10 mm,the overall equivalent of composite structures,in 30 mm,cavitation can be achieved a better state; When using distributed plate, choose different hole spacing of two boards. Finally it is concluded that when the spacing between the two holes to 8 mm high cavitation degree than 12 mm; When using tertiary orifice hydraulic device for cavitation cavitation effect than secondary cavitation and cavitation intensity is high, the area is large.
