Titanium alloy material is the important material in aerospace field,but it is difficult to machining,resulting in its low machining efficiency and machining quality,tool fast wearing.It is also serious impediment to the rapid development of aerospace manufacturing.Therefore,how to efficiently guarantee the processing quality of titanium alloy and reduce tool wearing in milling technology become the problems to resolve.As the requirements of precision machining become prevalent,ordinary coated tools have been unable to meet the requirements of people,and nano coating milling cutter is expected to better solve the problem in the process of titanium alloy.So the study of milling properties of nano coating tool helps to improve the quality of the surface of titanium alloy parts processing and improve the tool lives.This article mainly aims at the experiment research on TiAlSiN nano crystal coating cutter milling thin-walls parts of titanium alloy.The main research content is as follows:(1)Under the same milling parameters,contrast the milling forces,milling temperature and the surface roughness of the milling cutters of TiAIN coating?TiAlSiN nano coating,TiAlCrN ordinary coating and no coating milling thin-wall parts of titanium alloy,thereby analysis TiAlSiN nano coating tool's properties.(2)Establish force model of side milling of TiAlSiN nano coating cutter,it is concluded milling force coefficient of TiAlSiN nano coating cutter,and verify its accurate.(3)Through the orthogonal experiment analysis the regular of milling force of TiAlSiN nano coating cutter and analysis the sensitivity of the milling force for various parameters,and establish the experience formula of the milling force and the inspection,come to the relationship between milling force and the various parameters.(4)Conduct the heat deriving model of coated tools;Through the orthogonal experiment analysis the regular of milling temperature of TiAlSiN nano coating cutter and analysis the sensitivity of the milling temperature for various parameters,and establish the experience formula of the milling temperature and the inspection,come to the relationship between milling force and the various parameters.(5)Through the orthogonal experiment analysis the regular of milling roughness of TiAlSiN nano coating cutter and analysis the sensitivity of the milling roughness for various parameters.Through the single factor experiment analysis the relationship between the radial cutting depth and milling surface texture,and through the single factor experiment analysis the relationship between metallographic organization and milling parameters.
