Research On Coordinated Development Of Iron And Steel Production And Economy And Environment

In recent years,with the continuous development of society,the contradiction between environmental pollution and economic development is becoming more and more serious.The rapid development of steel industry in Hebei Province will undoubtedly promote the development of Hebei province even the country's industry and economy.At the same time,the environmental pollution will intensify,and Hebei Province's steel industry is facing serious overcapacity problem.Therefore,in order to improve the level of the air pollution and improve the status of overcapacity in Hebei Province's steel industry,the government combine the environmental problems of steel industry and the air pollution to ruduce excessive steel capacity.But the Hebei Province's steel production capacity is in the top of the country and it is an important component in the development of industry and economy in China.Therefore,the task in order to improve the environmental pollution and reduce the production capacity of iron and steel in Hebei Province will inevitably have a certain degree of impact on the industry and economy of Hebei Province and even China.Aiming at the problem of excessive capacity and air pollution in Hebei Province,I research on the coordinated development of iron and steel production,economy and environment in Hebei Province,based on the influence of steel production in Hebei province.In this paper,the research on coordinated development of Hebei iron and steel industry and the economy and the environment is divided into three parts.The first part is descriptive statistics of steel industry in Hebei province and the economic and environmental development;the second part is the research on the coordination of economic development and environmental pollution under the influence of Hebei iron and steel industry;the third part is the analysis on the forecast for the next few years and I will use the data I got to predict the coordination of the iron and steel production in Hebei province.And then through a series of conclusions,I could provide suggestions for the development of Hebei iron and steel industry,and provide theoretical support and suggestions for the government to formulate policies and measures.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research content,research purpose,innovation and so on.The second chapter is the descriptive statistics of steel industry in Hebei province and the economic and environmental development,which will make us understand the change trend of steel production,the current development situation of Hebei Province's steel industry and the current development between the iron and steel industry and the economy and the environment in recent 20 years of Hebei Province.The third chapter is the research on the coordination of economic development and environmental pollution under the influence of Hebei iron and steel industry,respectively using TOPSIS method and coordination degree evaluation model of coordination analysis of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province under the influence of economic development and environmental pollution,and through comparison,select the solution which is more suitable.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the forecast for the next few years of the coordination of the iron and steel production in Hebei Province.Firstly,using the index to predict the predicted value with time series,then using the prediction value and the more suitable solutin for the prediction of the coordinated degree,in order to understand the future of the coordinated development condition and at the same time to get the prediction value and the future development trend of steel production in Hebei Province.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis of the conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.The innovation of this paper is based on the current reducing on production of iron and steel in Hebei Province as the background,select Economic and Environmental indicators which are related to steel production in Hebei Province and get the coordination between them by different methods of coordination analysis,and use time series prediction to forecast the future development of the steel industry in Hebei province and to forecast on the coordinated development of economy and environment that under the influence of the steel industry in Hebei province.
