Based on the construction of the pile blasting engineering of the 3# bridge in the Hong Quan village of Rong-Wu high speed as the background,by using theoretical analysis,field test,numerical simulation and model test this paper studied on the response of the propagation law of blasting vibration of bridge pile wells and dynamic response of pipeline to blasting vibration,discussed the control standard of construction slope adjacent buried pipeline vibration.The main research works are as follows:(1)Through field vibration test this paper studied the surface soil’s vibration law above the buried pipeline which caused by pile blasting: the results show that the radial vibration velocity of the area which distance is less than 11.2m between the measuring points and explosion source is the maximum.The vertical vibration velocity of the area which distance is 11.2m to 26.3m between the measuring points and explosion source is the maximum.The tangential vibration velocity of the area which distance is more than 26.3m between the measuring points and explosion source is the maximum.In the practical application of the project,the key monitoring and protection of the vibration velocity in different areas and directions should be carried out according to this law.(2)According to the field test,this paper put forward some measures,such as carrying out preliminary experiments,adjusting blasting parameters and strengthening construction management,to control the effect of blasting vibration on the safe of buried pipelines.And the technical measures for the standardized management of long term vibration moni toring were summaried.(3)Based on the numerical simulation of the field vibration test,the corresponding relationship between the vibration velocity of the soil and the dynamic stress of the pipeline is analyzed.The numerical results show that the surface area facing to explosion source is the most vulnerable to blasting vibration.Corresponding to the peak vibration velocity,the maximum dynamic stress on the pipe is 4.22 Mpa,only 1.02% of the yield strength pipeline.In engineering practice,the vibration control standard of the ground surface vibration velocity 3.0 cm/s is conservative.(4)According to the model test,the experimental results were compared with field test and numerical simulation results,and the propagation rule of blasting vibration of adjacent buried pipeline was studied.The principle of acceleration and strain response of the buried pipe was analyzed.The research results of this project are of great reference value for the design of anti-explosion and explosion prevention of pipeline engineering,and the scientific decision of the blasting construction project of adjacent buried pipeline.
