The new type of vacuum belt mud screen based on the vacuum filtration theory proposed by the new environmental requirements,it not only can realize the solid-liquid separation,but also can improve the dryness of the cuttings so that the mud and cuttings can be recycled to the maximum extent,convenient transportation,reduce environmental pollution.However,the important part,the steel strip laminated screen,has a higher cost than the conventional screen,and its application may be the key to the development of the vacuum belt mud screen.Therefore,the research on the relevant parameters and mechanical properties of the laminated screen has practical significance for improving the service life and guiding the design of the screen.In the first place,the concept of drilling mud and the harmless treatment technology are summarized in this paper.On the basis of this,the overall scheme of the vacuum belt mud screen test prototype is contrastive designed,then the screen transmission part of the vacuum belt mud screen is determined,including the design of the steel belt laminated screen transmission scheme,the design of the roller structure,the structural design of the tightener,the structural design of steel belt laminated screen,and the analysis object is provided for the following chapters.Secondly,the transmission model of the steel belt laminated screen is simplified,carried on the static theory analysis and the load analysis under the full load condition.The tension and tensile stress values of the driving drum bending section of arbitrary angle are calculated.The stress distribution diagram of the steel belt laminated screen was drawed.And the related parameters of the steel belt laminated screen is calculated.The result of calculation is the basis of parameter setting of finite element analysis.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by Workbench simulation software.Once again,the finite element model of the steel belt laminated screen was established based on RecurDyn software,and the kinematic analysis and kinetic analysis were carried out under the condition of no-load and full load in steady-state.Then the factors influencing the stress of the steel belt laminated screen including the tension force,the speed,the load,the diameter of the drum and the thickness of the steel mesh stack were analyzed,and it provides practical significance for the design of the steel belt laminated screen.Finally,the relationship between the tension force and the load is optimized,which provides a theoretical basis for the setting of the minimum tension force.In the same time,this paper derived the formula of opening ratio of five kinds of open hole,determined the size of steel opening structure with 70% opening ratio,and use Workbench in modeling and simulation,optimize different opening types of steel belt,evaluate the results of optimization,ultimately obtains the best scheme of strip hole.In this paper,the static characteristics,motion and dynamic characteristics of steel strip laminated screens are studied in depth.The main research results are as follows:(1)With the theoretical method,the relevant parameters for strip laminated screen transmission was solved,and the distribution of the stress in the steel strip laminated screen was analyzed.At the same time,The correctness of the theoretical static analysis is verified by the Workbench finite element software simulation.(2)In consideration of the strip laminated screen steady-state operation,the kinematic and kinetic simulation of the strip under the conditions of no-load and full load are analyzed.Some kinematic parameters such as the angular velocity of the roller,the angular acceleration of the drum and the speed of belt element are obtained.The mechanical parameters such as the distribution of the element tension and the contact force distribution of the belt are also obtained.At the same time,the impact of the drum diameter,speed,load,screen thickness and other factors are analyzed.(3)The relation between tension and load is optimized,and the relation expression is fitted.The theoretical basis for setting up minimum tension force of laminated steel screen is given under the condition of known load.At the same time,the optimum selection of the opening hole of the steel strip with 70% opening rate is determined,and the optimum design of the opening structure of the opening of the steel strip is determined.The research results of this paper are helpful to further exploration and innovation of the drilling mud treatment equipment,and also provide theoretical and guiding significance for the design and application of the steel strip laminated screen.
