Turning is the most basic and the most important cutting process,High-speed CNC lathe greatly improved the processing efficiency,workpiece accuracy and surface quality of the traditional turning process.It is becoming the most representative of the modern manufacturing processing equipment.Compared with ordinary machine tool its dynamic characteristics of the changes in the quality of processing is particularly evident.Facing the trend of industrial 4.0 intelligent factory development,the research of a high-precision,high-efficiency and intelligent high-speed turning dynamic characteristic monitoring system for the whole life cycle is of great significance to realize the intelligentization of manufacturing equipment and manufacturing process.The basic principle of high speed turning dynamic characteristic monitoring is studied in high speed turning process.Using random pulse cutting force excitation method,the Polyreference least squares complex frequency domain method is used to analyze the system modal,high speed turning dynamics is acquired on machine.This paper introduces expatiates the architecture and working principle of CNC dynamic monitoring system under the architecture of CPS intelligent manufacturing.Aiming at the high speed CNC turning center of HTC2550 hs,a set of high speed NC turning dynamic characteristic monitoring system for CPS is designed.Distributed intelligent perception,embedded computer systems and network communication system are designed,and the hardware circuit production and testing is completed;Sensor data acquisition software,operational mode analysis software,PROFIBUS-DP bus communication software and wide area network communication software are designed,and the preparation and debugging of the code is completed.The cloud computing server is constructed,the physical signal and modal information database are constructed,and the multi-channel dynamic characteristic monitoring software is developed.The dynamic characteristic monitoring system and the CPS system are realized through the data access interface.The high speed turning experiment is carried on the HTC2550 hs high speed CNC lathe,and the pulse excitation is provided by the disc workpiece of the variable speed cutting prefabricated groove.The dynamic characteristics of the high speed turning are monitored on the machine.The experimental results are similar to the modal parameters of the numerical simulation,which proves the feasibility of the dynamic monitoring system.
