Spatial Econometric Research On The Impact Of China's Environment Regulations On Industrialecological Efficiency's Spatial Evolution

The economy and industry in our country has been growing up rapidly since the reform and opening-up.The industry experienced a quick development in the overall GDP. Whereas the emission of pollutant has been mounting up with this development and results in severe environment deterioration,which make China's industrial ecological efficiency ata low level.For the protection of the environment and the sustainable development of the economy, the government drew up and put into effect a series of environmental policies.lt should be taken into consideration that whether these policies would affect the industry ecological efficiency and what kind of effect they would have.Given this, it is significant to probe into the impact of environment regulation on the spatial revolution of industrial ecological efficiency both on the theoretical and practical level.This paper utilizes literature researchto analyse and evaluate the foreign and domestic research results of environment regulation, eco-efficiency and industrial eco-efficiency, discusses the environment regulation and the pollution result from industrial waste in our country. Spatial econometrical theory and model are used to analyse the spatial evolvement of eco-efficiency for the sake of reaching to the characteristics and laws of it.Using theoretical analysis method are discussed on the impact of environmental regulation on industrial ecology efficiency space in theoretical basis and the influence mechanism.On this basis, using empirical analysis method, the efficiency of industrial ecology is as explained variable,the intensity of environmental regulation as explanatory variables, economic development level,degree of industrialization and the development of science and technology as control variable, build environment regulation impact on the efficiency of industrial ecology space evolution of the spatial econometric model, selection of all provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in 2005-2013 statistical data are analyzed.The result of the analysis shows that with the enhancement of environment regulation,the level of regional industrial eco-efficiency and spatial amalgamation are increased.The level of economy development has an obvious positive effect on industrial eco-efficiency.The degree of industrialization does not affect it apparently.And with time passes by,technology development shows a positive effect onindustrial eco-efficiency gradually.In the end, relevant suggestions are put forward from both micro and macro aspect in order to perfect.Finally based on the results of the study,from the macroscopic and microscopic two aspects to improve the efficiency of environmental regulation on industrial ecology space evolution of relevant ideas and suggestions are put forward.
