With the development of social and science and technology,all kinds of mechanical equipment produce a large amount of vibration during operation,the damage has affected more and more fields.Therefore,restrain vibration become a hot direction of scientific research,and damping materials and damping structure is one of the important methods to minimize and avoid vibration.With polyurethane damping materials,among them earlier,has formed a relatively complete theoretical system.The damping materials and epoxy resin,fiber reinforced epoxy resin,metal plate materials such as composite form of constrained damping structure has higher damping performance.So the damping properties of the constraint damping structure,optimize the constraint damping structure,to improve the experiment method of the constraint damping structure and guide the engineering application in order to achieve better damping effect,has very important significance.This paper adopts the pre-polymers prepared the polyurethane material,as the damping layer material;Epoxy resin,glass beads lightweight epoxy resin,fiber reinforced epoxy resin materials as constraint layer.Using the DMA,tensile machine performance tests on the material.Polyurethane material loss factor is 1.278.Epoxy resin material tensile modulus of 1592MPa.Blade coating method is studied,mould hot pressing method,pouring method,three kinds of sample preparation process.Mould hot pressing method was determined by the sample preparation process research method is the most stable sample preparation method.Performance testing on the material itself and set up a set of structural damping test system.Preparation of free damping structure and constraint damping structure,the substrate materials with different size,thickness of damping layer,the damping layer on the damping property of free damping structure influence;Study of constrained damping layer thickness,layer thickness,thickness of damping layer and constraint layer thickness ratio,than the same total thickness and multilayer damping layer and constraints on the damping property of constrained damping structure.Using computer software to simulate structure vibration of the cantilever Liang Mo state analysis,comparison,free undamped cantilever damping cantilever beam and constrained damping cantilever beam under the first order resonance frequency amplitude response and amplitude response decreases,show that the improvement of the performance of the damping,at the same time,the calculation results with the experimental results on the trend is consistent,suggests that test results are accurate.
