In recent years,the agricultural non-point source pollution has caused more and more serious hazards on our country's water environment.The water pollution problem at Individual regions has affected the normal life and the health of the villagers seriously.Because of decentralized emissions,collection difficulties,lack of infrastructure and the rural economy level limited,sewage the main components of the non-point source pollution in rural domestic sewage,can not get effective treatment for a long time.And Due to the investment of the high cost of construction and operation management complex,covers an area of big,etc,the traditional sewage treatment process in rural areas has not widely promoted.According to the basic principle of the horse A2 O process,this study developed a new type of integrated sewage treatment process C-CBR integrated biological reaction process.The process using the combination of pump + jet device,which realizes the continuous in and out of the water and continuous biochemical reactions,completes nitrification fluid backflow,jet aeration,water mixing triad.The characteristics of this process is simple operation,good processing effect and energy saving effect.The handle object of this experiment is primary treatment effluent at Qingyuan Sewage treatment plant in Huaxian,the indicators of water quality analysis is COD,NH4+-N,TN and TP,The inflow quality of experiment respectively is242.4mg/L ?35.3mg/L ?56.3mg/L ?4.3mg/L;Experimental started in mid-july,and ended in early October,in this paragraph of time the water temperature is higher,the average temperature is 23 ?;the design of total hydraulic retention time?HRT?is 15.5 h,including aerobic area HRT 9.3 h,anoxic HRT 2.4 h,anaerobic HRT 1.3 h,precipitation HRT 2.5 h;After sludge cultivation,in stable operation the average concentration of experiment device effluent,COD?NH4+-N?TN?TP respectively was57.2mg/L,15.9mg/L,27.1mg/L,1.7mg/L,the average removal rate was 74.3%,53.8%,50.1%,60.3%.The operation cost is 0.44 yuan/ton,the experimental device has good removal effect on COD and TP.Through to test the influential factors of the device running effect and economy were analyzed,and the integration of C-CBR biological reaction process of rural domestic sewage treatment has the very good practical value and is worth promoting.
