The Design And Development Of Nitrification BAF Parametric Drawing System

With the development of graphics technology,AutoCAD has become a popular international computer-aided drawing tool that can be used for drawing in many industries.However,precisely because of its strong commonality,it cannot be specific to a particular area.In water supply and drainage fields,AutoCAD is used mostly as a "drawing board" with primary stage in the fields of building water supply and drainage,municipal pipe network,some water works and sewage plants.Just because designers of this,designers still need to spend a lot of time looking up tables,calculating and drawing manually.The development and application of targeted treatment structures in terms of design and drawing are even fewer.With the development of wastewater treatment technologies,as new biofilm technology of wastewater treatment,BAF sewage treatment technology has become widely used and increasingly mature.The design of the structure has been roughly formed a relatively fixed pattern and the basic structure of the cell body is fixed.At the same time there are many repeated drawn graphics in design process.So for the BAF design calculations and drawings,it has basically had the parametric drawing conditions.Therefore,this issue is committed to make designers to get rid of troubles of calculating and looking-up tables manually,repeated drawn graphics in design process,improving the accuracy of calculations and efficiency of the design.As a function classification of BAF,nitrification BAF,this subject is committed to study parametric design and drawings,basing on "outdoor drainage design specifications"(GB50014-2006)and related information books.Firstly,the design parameters and calculation methods of the structure were normalized,and cell body part,the aeration system and backwash system were designed separately.Then in accordance with the relevant specification parameters,check the calculated data.At last,the system has established nitrification BAF design calculations model.Then,referring to some practical engineering design drawings of nitrification BAF,the system normalizing the nitrification BAF design drawings.In order to fully demonstrate the detailed internal structure of nitrification BAF cell body,This subject focused on the development of drawing any absolute elevation location plan of nitrification BAF,and taked the cut point on the plan to draw the cross and longitudinal section of nitrification BAF.This article has developed a parametric Mapping System for nitrification BAF in AutoCAD environment,basing on AutoCAD2007 as the second development platform,using a visual interface,ActiveX Automation technology and VBA programming language,which is embedded in AutoCAD.This system mainly studied from two aspects:First,calculate the accurate design dates of the structure after inputting the design parameters;the second is to realize parametric drawing of the structure undertaking the calculations before.This topic parametric drawing system includes:overall interface design,design data and parameter inputting interface,size calculation module,the results showing and drawing program modules,and some related ancillary modules.These components are mainly used to input and select the original data,design parameters and graphics control parameters,display design calculation results and check and modify the data.At the same time,users can select pool wall thickness and drawing scale,enter any absolute elevation required to draw the location plan to interact with the software and so on.The parametric drawing system consists of 14 form files,12 major program modules including basic primitive drawing functions,calculation functions,valves,tagging,project files,graphics files and other components.Linking these design calculation and drawing modules applicable to nitrification BAF with VBA language,we can complete the parametric drawing work directly generating.dwg format drawings in AutoCAD graphics interface.Designers can modify the design parameters directly to re-run the software to regenerate the drawings,and they can also directly manipulate CAD commands for graphics rendering modifications in AutoCAD interface.This paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter explains the purpose,significance,development status at home and abroad and the main contents of the study.The second chapter describes the tools and basic theory related to secondary development.The third chapter introduces the basic theory needed to design nitrification BAF,and make standard design of the structure in accordance with the relevant design content,laying the foundation of realizing subsequent parameterized design.The fourth chapter describes the methods and procedures of parametric design drawing for nitrification BAF.The fifth chapter analyzes an example.It illustrates the basic functions of the software and operating methods with an instance of the engineering structures.Chapter VI concludes and prospects for the paper.
