| Dairy products play an important role in people’s daily diet.However,dairy products have a long and complex supply chain and they are highly perishable,it is hard to trace the dairy products.In order to cope with frequent incidents of dairy quality and safety,it is urgent to establish the dairy supply chain traceability system.The system can provide information inquiry service about dairy products for consumers and producers,on the other hand can guarantee that dairy producers have an effective control of the quality of dairy products from the source of production,processing,storage,distribution,marketing and other links.The goal of the research is to construct dairy electronic traceability system based on the Internet of Things.The main contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,studying base theories and key technologies of traceability system,summing up the main theories and key technologies related to food traceability system,including the connotation of food traceability system,five kinds of information that traceability system includes and key technologies used to achieve traceability system.(2)The trace units and information of dairy traceability system is determined by hazard analysis and CCP of dairy supply chain.(3)Proposing the program of identifying and collecting dairy traceability information based on IOT.In consideration of the characteristics of dairy supply chain and demand for dairy traceability system,coming up with proposals to track and collect the information of dairy supply chain based on GS1 System,WSN,RFID and GIS/GPS technology,including cow cultivation information,raw milk information,the materials information,processing,cold chain transportation and sales record information.On the basis of those information collected by the sensor network of IOT,EPC code for dairy product is designed by summarizing the tracking data stream and tracing data stream of dairy supply chain.(4)For the sake of reducing unnecessary miscellaneous inquiries and meeting the different demands of consumers and producers,a hierarchical data center is designed,which consists of a central database and three key link databases,including breeding database,production database and sales database.Finally,a WEB system is developed based on Java Web technology,MySQL database and the Tomcat server.The system ensures that users can inquire the five kinds of information of dairy supply chain.For the convenience of the user’s query,using the two-dimensional bar code technology to provide a convenient and efficient inquiry service. |
