| EU-1 was synthesized with Hexamethonium Bromide as the SDA,which has a uni-dimensional 10 MR channel structure(0.58x0.41nm)and 12 MR,side pockets(0.68±0.58nm),which belongs to Cmma space group and has a unique channel structure.EU-1 zeolite is a kind of useful catalyst active component for shape selective reaction such as isopropylation of benzene and xylene isomerisation.Conventional EU-1 zeolites which was synthesized using sodium hydroxideas as the alkali source is Na-EU-1 molecular sieve,but the acid-catalyzed reaction with molecular sieve as the active component need to several times ion exchange and become H-EU-1,This method consumes time,water and process complexity,because process of production has a lot of liquor,which is not in conformity with the concept of environmental protection.Small grain molecular sieve has high specific surface and highly active,and many other advantages has become a hot topic in the research of molecular sieve,therefore the development of small molecular sieve grain EU-1 is inevitable trend in the research of molecular sieve for EU-1.This thesis try to synthesize EU-1 molecular sieve in free-sodium system,the common quaternary ammonium alkali as alkali source,ammonium type silicon sol and as a source of silicon and aluminium step synthesis of ammonium type molecular sieve,which was calcined get H-EU-1 molecular sieve,from alkali source,silica alumina ratio,feeding,etc to discuss influence on synthetic samples,in xylene isomerization reaction for the characterization of its catalytic performance.Using HM(OH)2 as SDA and alkali source improvement without sodium molecular sieves synthesis EU-1,alkali silica ratio,water content and time,the influence of factors on the synthesis,the method can be recycling mother liquor;Comparison of three synthesis of small grain size EU-1 molecular sieves methods,two-step crystallization,seed sloution,seed sloution and two-step crystallization EU-1.A certain amount of guiding agent combined with certain crystallization time can synthesis of small molecular sieve grain EU-1,the synthesis of small sample size,high specific surface area. |
