Bacterial diseases which reduce yield and quality of mushroom are the main reason for the economic loss of mushroom industry.However,the study foundation of bacterial diseases is weak in our country,there has not a drug is dedicated to the mushroom bacterial diseases.Now bactericide used were extended from the field of health care,food processing and other applications,Therefore,it has not targeted and poor control effect.With the improvement of people’s quality of food requirements and the deepening of awareness to mushroom bacterial diseases,it has practical significance to develop a safe,high efficient,non pollution medications used for bacterial disease.Chlorine dioxide(ClO2)is called "the fourth generation" disinfectant with environmental friendship,high efficient,broad spectrum germicidal characteristic which gradually becomes widely used disinfectant and affirmed by people.Therefore,this paper aims to develop a kind chlorine solid oxide disinfectant,which is safe,environmentally friendly and efficient for mushroom bacterial diseases fungicides.The study includes pathogens isolated,formula selection,reaction kinetics,killing microorganism effect and discussion bactericidal mechanism.First,we obtained the bacteria by separation and purification from needle mushroom which was infected leaf spot.Study indicates that the pathogen is a gram negative bacillus.Drug sensitivity test was performed by using chlorine dioxide acting on strains isolated,and that test determined the inhibitory effect of chlorine dioxide.Formula selection is mainly based on reaction of sodium chlorite and sodium persulfate,We use microencapsulation technology for coating passivation active subject,that using sodium alginate coated with sodium chlorite and sodium persulfate particles.A pharmaceutical formulation was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment.Finally,we determined the optimum ratio that they were Sodium chlorite for 26%,sodium persulfate for 39%,anhydrous calcium chloride for 24%,sodium alginate for 6%,surfactant for 3%,and magnesium sulfate for 40%.The formula has good stability and accord with" technical Standard For disinfection".Suspension quantitative test proved that compound chlorine dioxide bactericide have good effect for killing needle mushroom brown spot pathogens.The average killing log value of pathogenic bacteria exposed to compound disinfectant solution containing 20 mg/L effective chlorine dioxide for 10 minutes was 5.At the same time,TEM method and protein leakage test were used to study the germicidal efficacy and mechanism of compound disinfectant.The study found that chlorine dioxide can damage the cell membrane and lead to leakage of protein intracellular and killing the bacteria finally.Because of APG joined in compound pharmacy can accelerate cell death.
