On the premise of safety in production,low energy consumption,low pollution,high efficiency is constant pursuit environmental protection and energy saving goal for the current reform and development of chemical production enterprises,is also a necessary condition for the survival and development facing highly competitive environment.This paper introduce the production principle,operation method of PVC stripping process,analyzing several common problems&unstable factors of sieve plate steam stripper and overflow sieve plate stripper and the auxiliary equipment plate type heat exchanger etc.during normal operation,then from process equipment use,operation,maintenance and automation control research and comparison of various improvement measures,based on Yokogawa CENTUM CS3000 Control System,By adjusting the control parameters,optimizing the operation procedure and the procedure control conditions,the implement of stripping device optimization and transformation,the use effect is analyzed and evaluated.Through optimization reduces the failure rate of the device operation and improve the safety,stability and reliability of equipment operation,make the PVC effectively improve product quality and output,at the same time improve the level of safety,environmental protection,energy saving,automatic control conditions level,production with higher economic benefit for the enterprise.
