The rapid development of 3D printing technology has brought new blood to the traditional manufacturing industry,which can achieve rapid prototyping of products,reduce the spend of product development,shorten the product development cycle and so on.At present,the 3D printing equipment based on Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)has limited the selection of materials due to the use of hard wire materials.As for large industrial products,the research on the 3D printing equipment with FDM technology is less.Because of a variety of excellent performance for the composites,domestic and foreign researchers are researching on the application of composite material products is popular.This paper is based on the application of composite material products in FDM 3D printing technology and develop a industrial-grade melt differential 3D printing equipment,researching on suitable for printing parameter setting and choosing the composite materials in industrial-grade melt differential 3D printing equipment.This work will give the theoretical basis for the future 3D printing technology development based on FDM technology.Specific work is as follows:1.Design and complete the large-scale industrial-grade melt differential 3D printing device,and do some researches for printing parameter setting.The results show that the equipment measuring screw plasticizing screw speed ratio is 2.65 times,the height of nozzle diameter is 3/5,and suite with 6000mm/min of printing speed,will get the products with good surface quality.Choosing 20wt%GF/PLA composite materials will get the products with great mechanical property and great machinability.The products with this composite materials will have the best thermal stability to ensure the accuracy of the product size.2.Based on the melt differential 3D printing forming process,the results show that the using MWCNTs/PLA composite materials can be preparing 3D printing conductive products.And when the content of MWCNTs reaches 5wt%,the conductivity of the composite material is 0.2281S/m.When the content of MWCNTs was increased to 10wt%,the conductivity of the composite was 1.3147S/m,which could meet the requirement of conductivity.Therefore,this composite materials can be prepared the antistatic aids and the products can be conductive with special shape through using the melt differential 3D printer.The flexible circuit can be prepared by this forming process.This molding technology can broaden the application field of 3D printing technology in electronic circuit.3.Based on the melt differential 3D printing process,the results show that the products has the best mechanical properties when using 20wt%copper powder/PLA composites,which the tensile strength is 1.35 times for pure PLA products.When the copper content is over 20wt%,the mechanical properties of the composite products decreased,the elastic modulus increased,the deformation resistance increased,and the brittleness increased.3D printing products with polymer composites can replace the wood model which used to casting forming process,to avoid the wood waste,save resources and green sustainable manufacturing is came true.
