| Feeding system is a crucial subsystem on NC lathe,and linear rolling guide rail on the slider movement directly affect the movement of feed platform,so as to affect the machining accuracy.So,the feed system for fault analysis and study of linear rolling guide vice dynamic characteristics and dynamic reliability is of great significance.Fault tree to feed system is established.All kinds of failure type in the feed system and their relation to each other is found out.the qualitative and quantitative analysis for the Fault tree is carry out.The minimum failure cause of feed system failure unit namely the minimum cut sets is acquired.the minimum cut set of feed system failure caused the important degree is calculated.the key of the feed system failure caused by bottom events and weak links is acquired.Applied Hertz contact theory of linear rolling guide vice dynamics modeling,analysis of the force of the guide,and establish the corresponding physical model,first from a mechanical section,the corresponding dynamic equation is deduced.In a cross section of guide,on the basis of two-dimensional dynamic characteristics,which has been generalized to the entire guide 3 d space,get the whole guide dynamics equation,the dynamic characteristics of the slider.Independent design of the linear rolling guide vice static stiffness test bench,five degrees of freedom through the guide rail slider direction load and measure,for guide the stiffness curve of five degrees of freedom,and applies the finite element software to analyze the reasons for error of the curve,and finally to modify the experimental curve,corrected curve and theoretical curve contrast figure,and then judge the correctness of the theoretical model.Studied the dynamic reliability of rolling linear guide,linear rolling guide are analyzed the influence of vibration to the turning precision of the slide block,on the basis of the linear rolling guide vice dynamics model,its vibration response curves are obtained by Runge-Kutta method,a numerical method for the amplitude of the partial derivatives of random parameters,the application of a second-order moment method to analyze its reliability and reliability sensitivity.Through analysis,this paper obtained the feed system failure caused weak links,established the dynamic model of the linear rolling guide vice and obtained some important parameter affect the reliability of the linear rolling guide vice.Provided a theoretical basis to improve the reliability of CNC lathe feed system. |
