At present many domestic aluminum electrolytic manufacturer of fluoride feeding vehicle has great demand,and although foreign company has fluoride feeding vehicle technology but cost too much.There are poor capacity In the domestic.According to the present situation designing fluoride feeding vehicle,can fill the blank of the domestic technology and expand the domestic market.And it also reduce the price of fluoride feeding vehicle.Contents include structure design,design of key work systems and finite element analysis of key work system.The main conclusions of this paper is as follows:(1)Fluoride feeding vehicle mainly contains the following functions:transport material,storage material,conveying material and automatic control system.(2)Fluoride feeding vehicle is mainly constitute of the drive system,hydraulic system,storage bin and transmission system.(3)The transmission system adopts spiral conveyor,4 section of spiral conveyor is applied to remove material from storage bin to the export of the forth spiral conveyor,eventually to the electrolytic cell.(4)Through the design and calculation,the parameters of 3 section of the horizontal spiral conveyor are D = 200 mm,n = 200 r/min,the parameters of vertical spiral conveyor are D = 200,n = 250 r/min.The motor of 3 horizontal spiral conveyor are 3kw.The motor of vertical spiral conveyor are 4kw.(5)According to the statics analysis of fluoride feeding vehicle,deformation of the shaft and leaf in reasonable scope,the design is reasonable.(6)According to the modal analysis,the natural frequencies of the spiral conveyers are far bigger than the speed,the design is reasonable.
