| In recent years,the frequency of heavy pollution weather in our country is increasing gradually,and the air pollution is more and more serious,to improve the air quality of the environment has become one of the goals of environmental protection work in China "in 13 th Five-Year".Environmental air quality monitoring is an important means to ensure the environmental quality standards,implementing the measures of environmental air pollution,preventing the continued deterioration of the air environment.But the selection of monitoring sites plays a decisive role in the scientific and representative of monitoring data,therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the method of environmental air quality monitoring.Lanzhou New District is a new city,with the development of urbanization,people’s production and lifestyle changes will have a negative impact on local air quality,therefore,the ambient air quality monitoring in Lanzhou New District,monitor the change of local ambient air quality,provide the basis for the heavy pollution weather warning service and provide scientific prevention and control of air pollution.In this paper,the air quality model(CALPUFF model)is used to simulate the spatial distribution of major pollutants in the planning area of Lanzhou New District,and considering the monitoring point representation,clustering methodology and comprehensive experience judgement method were used,explore the layout method of ambient air quality monitoring points of the Lanzhou New District,in order to ensure the rationality and on behalf of layout scheme,the concentration of city point and built-up area of error statistics.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Accurate weather is the basis for improving the simulation effect of environmental air quality.This paper used WRF mode SLAB,RUC and Noah three kinds of land surface parameterization schemes to simulate the winter low level meteorological field characteristics of Lanzhou New District,and compared with the measured data,the results showed that: the near surface temperature and wind simulated at the parameterization of SLAB are the closest to the observations in Lanzhou New District.Therefore,in this paper,the land surface process is used as the result of the SLAB simulation to provide the meteorological field for air quality simulation.(2)According to the main pollution sources of the Lanzhou New District planning,using the CALPUFF model to simulate the hourly mean,daily average and annual mean of main pollutants in Lanzhou New District.The simulation results show that the high concentration of SO2,NO2 and PM10 were gathered in the southeast and northwestern of Lanzhou New District,The pollutants of north and south sides after a long distance transport has little effect on the concentration of Lanzhou New District((population concentration area).The new south central heating station in full load and the most unfavorable diffusion hours under the meteorological conditions,in the northern 1km NO2 Shuangliang heat source factory will exceed the standard.(3)To reflect the combined effects of various pollutants,using the pollutant concentration accounting standard rate calculation of weight coefficient,deal with the concentration of the maximum and minimum standard,establish a comprehensive evaluation of each simulation grid concentration using the Jordan formula,and as a basis for selection of environmental air quality monitoring sites.(4)According to the Lanzhou New District pollution emission characteristics and impact on regional environment,combined with the dominant wind direction of the most unfavorable seasonal pollution source area diffusion,considering the spatial structure and temporal development of the park,comprehensive service area in the downwind boundary is set at the maximum ground concentration of 1 recent pollution monitoring sites,in the maximum ground concentration of the petrochemical park and comprehensive service area at the downwind boundary in each set a short-term pollution monitoring point,near the Shuangliang heat source plant set a short-term pollution monitoring point in the maximum ground.(5)According to the road layout of Lanzhou district planning,selection of large trunk road traffic,combined with the new prevailing wind,set up 1 point at the core of the city road traffic,which located at the crossing of Weiyi road and thirteen ways.(6)The concentration based on comprehensive evaluation,using percentile method and clustering analysis method to classify the comprehensive assessment of the grid area concentration,according to the factors of Lanzhou New District zoning,population distribution and land properties,considering the position of spatial uniformity and pollution source distribution in the core of the city,a total of set up 6 city stations.Reasonable test results show that the proposed city point error meets the requirement,reasonable position. |
