China's energy structure gives priority to coal.Coal combustion produces a large number of fine particulate matter.Particulate air pollution seriously endangers environment and public health.Cyclone dust collector has simple structure,stable performance and is widely used in industrial manufacture.The most disadvantage of cyclone dust collector is the poor removal efficiency of fine particles.Finding an efficient way to improve the fine particles removal efficiency of cyclone dust collector has great significance to control the emission of fine particulate matter in industrial manufacture.Adding surfactant in aqueous solution can reduce the liquid surface tension,and it can greatly increase the removal efficiency of traditional spray.The wet electrostatic scrubber(WES)combines advantages of wet scrubbers and electrostatic precipitators.Particles,especially PM10 and PM2.5 particles,can be effectively removed by WES.This paper starts with experimental research.Based on designed electrostatic spray separation device,the main factors affecting the removal efficiency of device are obtained.The experimental data can provide technical guidance for the design of electrostatic spray cyclone system.The main work is shown as following:1.An electrostatic spray separation device was designed based on cyclone dust collector and electrostatic spray dust removal theories.We established an experimental system of electrostatic spray to test the spray characteristics.The key parameters that affect the charge-mass ratio of droplet were obtained.The experimental results show that the charging effectiveness of spray increases first then decreases for the same nozzle,and there is an optimal spray flow rate;the charge-mass ratio of droplet is directly affected by annular field intensity between the electrode and nozzle electrode;the droplet size decreases as the increase of the charged voltages.2.Based on designed electrostatic spray separation device,the influences of electric field intensity,spray flow rate under different dust concentration were investigated.The experimental results show that the electric field intensity plays an important role in the removal efficiency;high efficiency for low dust concentration is obtained with the device charged.3.The removal efficiency of fine particles under the influence of surfactant was investigated.The experimental results show that the atomization quality is improved with the addition of surfactant in the atomizing medium;with the increase of surfactant mass concentration,the surfactant solution can significantly improve the removal efficiency;the removal efficiency increases linearly with the increase of wind speed.
