| In this paper,the electrochemical analysis of capillary electrophoresis based on CdSe quantum dots and Au nanoparticles was studied.Firstly,the synthesis methods of CdSe quantum dots and CdSe/ZnS core shell quantum dots were researched and a series of characterization and performance comparison are made.Synthesis of CdSe QDs and core shell CdSe/ZnS QDs were successfully combined with capillary electrophoresis to construct CE-ECL platform,which could detect the enhancement function of various biological amine molecules on QDs and separate them;at the same time,the content of ractopamine and clenbuterol was detected and analyzed,and the results were satisfactory.This paper also discusses capillary electrophoresis immunoassay by gold nanoparticles assisted signal generation and sequential stacking.The AuNPs were conjugated with horseradish peroxidase(HRP)and antibody(Ab)to immobilize the HRP and Ab on the AuNPs surface in this experiment,the proposed method by AuNPs assisted signal generation and on-line sequential concentration realized the sensitive and rapid determination of BTX-B in shellfish samples.This paper is divided into five chapters:In Chapter 1,the development and application prospect of capillary electrophoresis,basic theory,the method of sample introduction and the enrichment technology are introduced;in this paper,the basic principle of ECL,ECL system,reaction type,characteristics and so on are introduced;we have induced the characteristics of QDs,the principle of luminescence,the methods and applications of ECL in detail;This paper has briefly introduced the related concepts and applications of nanoparticles,including the characteristics and applications of gold nanoparticles.In Chapter 2,the synthesis methods of CdSe QDs and core shell CdSe/ZnS QDs are discussed,and the two kinds of QDs synthesized in the experiment are analyzed on characterization and performance.In Chapter 3,CE-ECL analysis platform has constructed by using the synthesized CdSe QDs and capillary electrophoresis to detect biogenic amines.We have optimized the experimental conditions,including the type of buffer solution,PH,concentration,separation voltage,detection potential,injection time and so on.In Chapter 4,CE-ECL analysis platform has been constructed by using the synthesized core shell CdSe/ZnS QDs and capillary electrophoresis.We continue to explore the influence factors,including the type of buffer solution used in experiment,PH,concentration,and detection potential,separation voltage,injection time,and under the optimal conditions for separation and analysis detection of ractopamine and clenbuterol.In Chapter 5,the pollution status and the traditional detection methods of a marine toxin BTX-B,and a new detection method based on nano materials and capillary electrophoresis were explored;we have carried out a series of experiments to find out the optimal conditions;under the optimal conditions,the BTX-B was determined. |
