The glass furnace of the horse-shoe flame is an important equipment in the process of glass production,and it is also a complex control system of multiple input and output.It has many characteristics of nonlinearity?time lag?uncertainty and so on.For the glass manufacturing industry in our country,improving combustion efficiency of the process and reducing energy consumption are its primary problem.So,the problem to improve the control level of the glass furnace of the horse-shoe flame and optimize the control scheme is an important direction in the glass furnace industry.In this paper,the content is the glass furnace control system of a glass factory in shenyang,liaoning province to transform the engineering project.In the factory,the traditional manufacturing process is that the technician achieves detect automatic parameters based on the technological parameters of the glass furnace,such as: the temperature.The factory simply implements other single loop control by the digital controller.The simple control scheme can not ensure the condition of the better productive technology for a long time.For this reason,the factory has put forward the requirement of fully automatic control for the glass furnace.The main research contents of this paper are:?The conventional instrument control failed to resolve some problems,for example,much smoke in the reversing control.This paper uses a logic function of double-cross limit control scheme.The scheme effectively prevents the phenomenon of smoke when the furnace temperature is adjusted.?The zirconia has some faults,for example large investment,short service life.This paper comes up with based on BP neural network soft measurement method of flue gas oxygen content.The method was established by the BP neural network.Through the comparison between experimental results and the measured value of oxygen content,the error can be controlled within +/-1%,it can better detect the estimation of the oxygen content.?Due to the variability of the fuel oil,the regulation of the fixed ratio is failed to achieve the better suitable ratio of the flow of the heavy oil and the secondary air.So,this paper puts forward a kind of oxygen content in flue gas as indicators of breeze oil with the fuzzy optimal control algorithm.The method is that estimating the average of oxygen content through the soft sensor reasonably adjusts the ratio of the heavy oil and the secondary air,and it can achieve the optimal control of furnace combustion system.?According to the actual need of manufacturers,we design a complete glass furnace control system.This paper uses S7-300 PLC which is developed by Siemens company as the core,and to fulfill the monitoring of each part of the system,we use WinCC V7.0 configuration software which is also developed by Siemens company,we use Ethernet connection mode to achieve the network topology between the PLC and the monitoring system of the glass furnace to achieve all parts of the glass furnace control system.
