Research On Automatic Dragged Control System Of Cable Of Coal Mining Machine

The normal operation of the coal mining machine is very important for improving the productivity of coal in fully mechanized coal face.The cable of coal mining machine may be damaged exceedingly because of its excessive bend.The accident of the halt of the coal mining machine and the electric shock hazard of the personnel could happen due to this bad working condition.In order to avoid this phenomenon,an automatic dragged control system is designed for general mechanized working face,the dragged device was installed in the cable groove,and it was controlled by the automatic dragged control system.Several working problems mentioned above could be solved by the automatic control system.In this paper,the structure and working principle of the dragged device of cable of coal mining machine were described in detail;the basic components of the control system were analyzed and the control scheme was determined;the sort of motor,reducer,controller,inverter and the hardware communicated type were determined on the basis of underground working conditions and the computing results mentioned above;the control program is written and debugged by the control scheme,and the configuration monitoring interface is designed;the experiment platform was set up to simulate the experiment,and the results were analyzed.The research work above had verified the feasibility of the implementation of the automatic dragged controlled system of the cable of the coal mining machine,which could be used with coal mining machines.
