Coal dust not only affects the economic benefits of coal mines,but also harms the physical and mental health of coal miners.Coal mine in the face of the largest dust production site is coal mining face.In this paper,42112 fully mechanized coal mining face in Liangshuijing Mine is the main research object,which is mainly for the upper and lower drums,hydraulic support and transfer point of shearer.The FLUENT numerical simulation method was used to study the distribution law of air flow and the law of airflow and dust migration.Combined with the measured data,the dust reduction measures were put forward according to the dust rules simulated by different processes.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The FLUENT numerical simulation is used to simulate the distribution of airflow in the fully mechanized coal mining face.The wind speed is smaller due to the obstruction of the hydraulic support,and the wind speed becomes smaller at the coal mining machine due to the spoiler.(2)The distribution of the dust in the fully mechanized coal mining face is subdivided into three parts.The distribution rules of the dust movement and the concentration of dust in the fully mechanized coal mining face are obtained.The source began to settle along the way,most of the dust particles encountered in the face and the floor was captured,only a small number of dust will spread with the air flow to the sidewalk space,and was discharged from the face.(3)The results show that the dust flow from the machine to the sidewalk,dust concentration from small to small.The dust on the tube will be transported to the sidewalk,the next drum dust will not be transported to the sidewalk.(4)When the hydraulic support is produced separately,the air flow-dust migration law,the dust concentration along the process becomes smaller,in the hydraulic support wind direction 10m-20m dust concentration affect the respiratory zone,the majority of the future subsidence in the bottom plate.(5)And the law of wind-dust migration is obtained when the load point is produced separately.Due to the disturbance of the wind,the dust concentration increases first and then decreases,and the dust concentration reaches the maximum at about 15m after the transfer point.Combined with the research results,proposed the use of cyclone negative pressure dust removal machine dust mining face dust way,the results of the field has practical significance.
