In recent years,with the development of modern industrial plate processing to automated direction and the increasing use of cold rolled strip,users put forward higher requirements of flatness and thickness accuracy of cold rolled strip.At the same time,the rolling pressure is an important parameter of rolling technology in the cold rolling process,and is closely related the size and shape of the roll gap,its fluctuations directly affect the shape and thickness of finished strip,and is one of the key parameters must be precisely controlled.In order to meet the needs of the cold rolling production,the quantitative analysis of the variation law of the rolling pressure during the process of cold rolling speed up and down,and finally realizing the conscious control the fluctuation of the rolling pressure has become the focus of the field technical research.This paper taking the cold rolling mill as the research object,aiming at the rolling pressure upside down formation mechanism and control technology research in the cold rolling process,has made the beneficial guidance for cold rolling production.First of all,aiming at the rolling pressure upside down problem between frame in the cold rolling process,considering the characteristics of equipment and technology of cold rolling mill,based on the analysis of the influence of rolling speed on the rolling pressure,a set of rolling pressure change model of rolling process is put forward and its influencing factors are analyzed,then the rolling pressure upside down formation mechanism and its influencing factors in the cold rolling process are quantitatively analyzed.Then,combining with the field practice,considering the production and cooling capacity of cold rolling mill,the optimal setting is made respectively from the process lubrication system(including emulsion flow,concentration and initial temperature),rolling schedule(including pressure regulation and tension system)and roll process(including roll diameter,the original surface roughness),the rolling pressure upside down comprehensive treatment technique in the cold rolling process is put forward.Finally,based on the comprehensive management technical of the rolling pressure upside down,the lubrication system optimization setting model,rolling optimization setting model and roll process optimization setting model was applied to the production practice,which achieved good effect,and give full play to the emulsion cooling capacity of the frame and unit production capacity,at the same time,avoid the abnormal increase of rolling pressure and rolling pressure upside down and other issues,and created greateconomic benefits for the field,with further popularization and application value.
