Distillation column is the most important equipment unit in the process of petrochemical engineering.It is used to complete the processing of the raw materials,separation different products.meanwhile,the distillation column is also the main energy consumption equipment in the petrochemical production process.So it is very imptant that the distillation column is in an efficient working condition or not.The optimize operation for the distillation tower can improve product distillation rate,reduce business costs and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.In this paper,the optimization of petroleum for distillation column is the main work.Based on the analysis of the distillation system,research and establish a more practical mathematical model of the equilibrium stage for the production process,MESH equations mechanism model.Respectively to obtain the mass balance equation,vapor-liquid equilibrium equation,normalization equation,and energy balance equation.By calculating the temperature calculation equation and the enthalpy calculation equation,Make the whole model more accurate And use a reasonable solution strategy to solve the problem,Last through a set of false components to verify the accuracy of the model.In the aspect of optimization algorithm,The authors propose a new optimization algorithm based on the combination of cellular automata and genetic algorithm.The cellular genetic algorithm inherits the efficient optimization characteristics of genetic algorithm to simulate the evolution mechanism of natural population And,the topology and neighbor mechanism of cellular automata are also adopted,So that the optimal solution of the population can slowly spread to the whole population,to balance between global optimization and local optimization is achieved.Finally,the new optimization algorithm is combined with the distillation mechanism model.Through the given constraints,the objective function to optimize the distillation column operating parameters of the distillation column,The optimized operation parameters were applied to the purification of benzene in the chemical industry.The results show that the optimized operation parameters can make the distillation tower can work in a better state,The tower capacity and product concentration have reached the product requirements,The final result proves that the optimization algorithm is effective..
