| Precision cold rolling forming process is a kind of accurate cold free forming process,which can apply to automotive gearbox gear shaft,spline shaft,motor shaft,textile roller,spring torsion bar,direction machine and crankshaft and other shaft parts’ straight teeth,helical spline,screw,worm,straight lines and oil tank.This process has been widely used in machinery,chemicals,automobiles,motorcycles,motor,aerospace,railway,shipbuilding,agricultural machinery and other fields.In this paper,the non-card shaft peeling machine driven roller for agricultural machinery industry is taken as the research object,and the cold rolling forming process of large diameter long shaft type trapezoidal tooth parts is explored to expand the application range of precision cold rolling forming process.First of all,based on the principle of coordinate transformation and the principle of meshing,the tooth profile curve equation of the corresponding rack die is deduced by tooth profile normal method.The cross section area of the drive roller and the important parameter of the blank diameter are obtained by mathematical method.Then according to the principle of die mold design and the characteristics and requirements of precision cold rolling method,the size of the working part of the cold rolling die is designed,and the CAD of the rack die is finished.Secondly,using the finite element analysis software MARC to establish the cold rolling contact analysis model,and then simulate the whole cold rolling process.The elastic and plastic deformation of each forming process is analyzed.Calculating out the horizontal and forward force in the whole cold rolling process,which provides the basic and relevant parameters for die and equipment.Based on the process of single tooth pressing,the three-dimensional simplified model was established to analyze the effect of blank width on the precision of cold rolling.Finally,According to the geometric die model generated by the CAD system,the manufacture method of die is given.Determining the processing parameter and generating,editing the track of thread cutting in the CAXA line cutting software.Then generate 3B code and pass the code to the CNC machine through which complete the die manufactureprocessing CNC simulation check ultimately. |
