With the higher requirements of high-quality,low-cost,multispecies,small-lot,the automatic control technology and computer technology is increasingly used in parts processing,so that the application of complex curved surface products was using more and more widely.At present,many important working faces of borderline subject and high-tech area adopt complex curved surface.Due to the complexity of the complicated curved surface structure product,finishing complex curved surface parts efficiently has become an important topic.This paper presents that using Abrasive flow high precision polishing technology machining the complicated curved surface parts.The blade surface of turbine blisk in the aero-engine have complex surface features,and the precision requirement of the blade surface in the production is higher.So this paper choose a type turbine blisk as a typical example,do the abrasive flow polishing processing analysis and experimental research of it.First of all,this paper analyzed the structural characteristics and blade profile characteristics of turbine blisk,according to the specific requirements and clamping requirements of the abrasive flow clamp,design the abrasive particle flow to polish the whole body of the turbine.And the important parts in the clamp body are analyzed by finite element static analysis.Secondly,combined with the clamp body and turbine impeller combined constraints of the flow channel.Draw the three-dimensional flow model and grid model,put the grid model into the fluid analysis software FLUENT.Analyze the numerical cloud of the abrasive shape movement?the pressure field and velocity field and so on.At last,the experiment of soft abrasive flow polishing was carried out.Select the appropriate abrasive particles and carrier.And prepared the abrasive.Do the roughness test.Get the influence of processing parameters such as processing pressure and processing time on roughness,and then compared the influences.Which will lay the foundation for the mass production of abrasive particle flow polishing turbine.
