| Generous use of illegal edible pigments in food processing and tetracyclines in cultivtion process of animals and aquatic organisms made a significant impact on physical fitness of consumers.So,establishment of a determination method which could be used for analyzing quickly and accurately the above related substances is badly needed.In this thesis,nine illegal edible pigments and four tetracyclines were chosen as the research objects.We used different pretreatment methods for different samples and extracts,and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)were used for analysis.We do the Certification experiment for linearity and veracity of method,and We established the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the analysis of nine illegal edible pigments and four tetracyclines.The experimental results showed that the recoveries and relative standard deviation(RSD)of nine illegal edible pigments were 70.2~99.8 % and 2.2~8.0 %,and the recoveries and relative standard deviation(RSD)of four tetracyclines were 80.0~94.5%and 2.4~7.9%,and the experiment result was satisfying.The established analytical method can apply to fast detection of toxic and harmful substances in foods and edible living animal. |
