With the deterioration of nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in China, the government issued the higher demand of wastewater treatment, more and more researchers pay more attention to the enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal. In order to compensate for the lack of carbon source in the sewage treatment plants, external carbon sources can improve the utilization efficiency of denitrifying bacteria and enhance the release of phosphorus process.Studies have pointed out that theLiquid of Food Wastecontains a large number of organic acids and VFAs,which is the ideal carbon source. The author further classified the fermentation products of the kitchen, divided into two kinds of dissolvedand mixed. The comparative study was conducted to determine the ability of nitrogen and phosphorus removal and the characteristics of domesticated sludge. The results showed that the domesticated sludge had the most stable denitrification performance. In the process of denitrification, the use of dissolved fermentation liquid is divided into two stages. The first stage mainly used small molecular substances such as VFAs(such as acetic acid, lactic acid, propionic acid and so on)which are easy to be used by denitrifying bacteria. The late will be macromolecules(such as polysaccharides)for the use of degradation. The effect of phosphorus removalfrom the domesticated sludge of the Food waste fermentation liquid was influenced by SRT,the highest TP storage space was demonstrated, which indicated that it had good resistance to phosphorus, and had the phenomenon ofdenitrifying.phosphorusThe adaptability analysis found that the domesticated sludge of the Food waste fermentation liquid had the highest utilization abilityand its utilizated ability was also strong. The domesticated sludge by dissolved fermentation liqid has the characteristics of small particle size and abundant microbial species, high sludge activity. The phenomenon of swelling of filamentous fungus was easy to occur in the poor state. But in rich condition, the SVI was gradually improving with the decrease of SRT.In the poor condition, the domesticated sludge of the dissolved fermentation liqid had the highest dehydration performance, and the sludge growth rate was the highest, remained at about 0.4gMLVSS / gCOD.The mixed fermentation liqid can effectively carry out the denitrification process. In C/N=10,the mixed fermentation liqid can effectively guarantee the stability of TN.The denitrificated and SND double denitrification pathway were carried out in the cycle, which strengthened and the denitrification process. The conversion of NO3--N to NO2--N was first carried out in the process of denitrification using the readily degradable soluble COD.The synergistic degradation and the degradation of the granulated fermentation liqid were carried out the denitrification process of NO2--N.Compared with the 37? mixed liquid, polyphosphoric bacteria is more convenient to use mixed fermentation liquid of the 55? condition to achieve the phosphorus removal, which is related to the presence of propionic acid, butyric acid, etc.,which are susceptible to the use of VFAs by polyphosphoric bacteria and have the process of denitrifying phosphorus. The reasonable proportion of dissolved state and granular stateis conducive to the realization of the effect of "waste to waste"...
