The Jacket is one of the important facilities for offshore oil industry,with the development of offshore oil industry,the structure of the jacket have higher strength with the same weight through innovation and optimization.The fatigue damage under the various loads,has gradually become the main fatigue failure compare with the direct strength failure.The wind load is the main environment loads on the construction of jacket,due to the tall slender structure and different construction squeence,some unilateral constraint members under the wind load,will cause wind vortex induced vibration,the long-term wind vortex induced vibration will reduce the fatigue life of the members,and serious impact the safety life of the jacket.So the wind vortex induced vibration on the construction of jacket is become more and more concern.This paper studies on the wind induced vibration of marine engineering in the construction process.analysis the dynamic response properties of the jacket whichis the most common structure in marine engineering.Study on the wind vortex induced vibration of fluid mechanics and principle for distinguishing,use the finite element method for modal analysis,and then analyzes the fatigue damage of the jacket member due to vortex induced vibration,to discuss the prevention measures for fatigue failure caused by wind vortex induced vibration,proposed the prevention measures by adding the counterweight to increase the damping of the system to reduce the risk of vortex induced vibration,and verify the effectiveness of the damper through experiment.This paper studies the influence of jacket on the construction under the wind load,which can be a guidance to prevent the wind vortex induced vibration of jacket. |
