Analysis On Cleaner Production Level Of A Printing Roll Manufacturing Enterprise In Harbin And Improvement Program

In China,we promote the construction of ecological civilization,and taking the road of sustainable development.The efficient use of cleaner production can not only realize the source of pollution control and resources,but also can make enterprises to improve their technical level,and enhance the competitive ability,which is an important measure to realize the goal of China’s environmental protection,is an important means for enterprises to achieve economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits of unity.A printing roller manufacturing enterprise in Harbin is the object of research,and based on the reference standard of national cleaner production machinery processing industry and electroplating industry,we construct clean production evaluation index system of printing roller manufacturing industry,use AHP to determine the weight of evaluation index,and establish the evaluation model to evaluate the level of enterprise cleaner production status.In the evaluation process,we try to find the leakages and problems,to put forward the corresponding improvement scheme.At the same time,we analyze the feasibility from the technical feasibility,environmental and economic feasibility,ease of implementation and development prospects of the five aspects of the improved scheme.At last,we evaluate the enterprise once again after the implementation of the program.Through the investigation,we determine the values of each index of a printing roller manufacturing enterprise cleaner production,in contrast to the printing roller manufacturing standards of cleaner production level evaluation industry,the evaluation level of cleaner production manufacturing enterprises of the printing roller results is 0.807,which belongs to the general level of cleaner production.Then,aiming at the level of clean production process in the enterprise and lower scoring index,we analyze energy consumption and material consumption,production enterprises in the production process of sewage and sewage situation,and determine the enterprise audit focus plate making workshop.Aiming at the existing problems in the production of enterprises and the potential of cleaner production improvement scheme,we proposed 3 high-fee program and 8 no or low-fee improvement program,such as: for the enterprise equipment maintenance and updating of existing problems,put forward the water automatic spraying system;in the process control problems the cooling water system,automatic control of electroplating.At the same time,the three high-fee program through the technical feasibility,environmental feasibility,economic feasibility,the implementation of the degree of difficulty and development prospects of the five aspects of the discussion and analysis,get the conclusion of the three programs are feasible.Finally,all in the program after the implementation of the two evaluation of the level of clean production enterprises,the enterprises of the quantitative indicators of resources and energy utilization indexes are improved,the pollution index decreased,the evaluation of cleaner production level was 0.868,belonging to the domestic advanced level of clean production,which shows that the improved scheme can effectively improve the clean production the level of the enterprise,bringing environmental benefits for the enterprise and improve economic benefit.The results of this study can provide scientific basis for cleaner production enterprises of printing roll,and can also provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry to improve the level of cleaner production and pollution source control.
