Landfill leachate from incineration plants has the characteristics of high concentration of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen, big fluctuation in the quality and quantity of water, and its treatment are influenced by many uncontrollable factors.Although some specific solutions and methods have been proposed to this problems, there are still some problems in the existing techniques.Frist, there is an unavoidable contradiction between good effluent quality and economic cost, and then,no single process can meet the standard of water quality in effluent, therefore, there is a requirement for the emergence of combination process and how to combine them. The objective of this study was to study the landfill leachate from municipal waste incineration plant, considered the advantages and disadvantages of biological + physicochemical processes,a new and efficient combination treatment process was adopted to improve the treatment efficiency of leachate, and it is also applied to the practical production. The anaerobic techniques employed in this study are based on existing anaerobic principles and the anaerobic reactors used in actual engineering, from the point of view of strengthening biological reaction, the ratio of the height to diameter of the anaerobic reactor was reduced,so the power consumption of the external reflux water was reduced,at the same time, adding filter plate in the reactor can increase the area for microorganism to attach, and also increase the mixing of mud and water,so the biological function can be enhanced. In this study, the effects of hydraulic retention time(HRT),pH,temperature, and external reflux ratio(R)on the operation efficiency of the reactor were investigated. In operation, the influence of temperature and external reflux ratio on EUBF is obvious, the optimal conditions can be achieved when the temperature was 31?,R=3,pH in neutral and HRT=6d.The results showed that EUBF has a stable ability to resist COD loading, when the concentration of COD in influent higher than 50000mg/L,it could also achieve a remove of around 80%,but the high concentration of ammonia nitrogen will bring a negative effect. The concentration of organic acids and protein in the influent is very high, and EUBF can achieve good results, but for the degradation of amines, indole and other substances, anaerobic treatment technology is limited. This study also studied the effect of different C/N to aerobic reactor,it was found that when C/N=1,the removal rate of COD in aerobic stage was reduced to 60%.There are significant differences in the type and number of microorganisms in the different stages of the reactor. The results of high throughput showed the dynamic change process from hydro genic acid production to methanogenic phase which is consistent with gas analysis of the reactor. In stable stage, the proportion of methanogens was 77.81%,while the proportion of CH4 was 73%.Meanwhile,the morphological changes of sludge in different periods were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),combined with the analysis of the extracellular polymer(EPS),to analyze the state and operation of the reactor, these results provide a direct basis for the evaluation of reactor performance.
