| With the continuous progress of modern industrial production,the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious problems,and as one of the main air pollutants sulfur dioxide emission and removal of the excess is not timely and not complete.These problems pose a great threat to our living environment and human health.As a pillar industry of the national iron and steel enterprises emit large amounts of sulfur dioxide.This paper is based on PAN/DMF/Zn(CH3COO)2-2H2O system.The precursor fibers were prepared by electrospinning and sol-gel method,and the ZnO/ activated carbon composite was prepared by pre oxidation and carbonization.In this paper,SEM,EDS and other technical means were used to investigate the effects of different concentration of solution,solvent type,voltage and environmental factors on the microstructure of the fiber,and then the SO2 adsorption desorption experiment was carried out.Different concentrations of precursor solutions were prepared in this experiment,and precursor fibers were prepared by electrospinning and sol-gel method.In this paper In this paper,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis were used to verify the possibility of fiber formation and properties of materials.The test results show that PAN/DMF,PAN/DMF/Zn(CH3COO)2-2H2O system with fiber,non sol gel fiber is better than sol-gel fiber,and the fiber diameter with the increase of concentration increases,and decreases with the increase of the voltage.Through orthogonal test,PAN/DMF precursor solution was in the concentration of 8wt%12wt%,PAN/DMF/Zn(CH3COO)2-2H2O DMF system was in 8% and the mass fraction of zinc acetate concentration was between 3%to6% and the spinning voltage was in 2229KV,spinning distance was 15 cm,the ambient temperature was in 2030℃,the humidity was in the range of 30%40%,the experiment can obtain better micro morphology and properties of the finished fibers.Experiments of pre oxidation and carbonization of electrospun fibers at different temperatures were carried out.The ZnO/ activated carbon accords with nano fiber,and the desulfurization experiment was carried out.Experimental results show that the preparation of ZnO/ active carbon composite nano fiber material had an ability to absorb S.The best adsorption capacity of fiber material is the carbonization temperature is 650 degrees,zinc acetate configuration mass fraction is 5wt%.This study provides a new technical means for the treatment of sintering flue gas and other S containing exhaust gases,and has a good prospect for the treatment of environmental pollution. |
