Nitrogen oxide is one of the main causes of air pollutants,which can threaten human health and destroy the ecological environment.As a new separation technology,emulsion liquid membrane technology has high efficiency and the membrane phase can be reused,which can be widely used in environmental protection and pollution control.In order to develop a new denitrification technique,the emulsion liquid membrane system has been constructed.The membrane phase composes of kerosene as diluent,L-113 A as surfactant and NaOH solution as internal phase.The effects of concentration of surfactant,emulsion to external ratio,emulsification speed and mixing speed were investigated in detail and the optimum conditions was determined by orthogonal experiment.For the removal of NO2,the basic principle is that the NO2 can be consumed by the reaction with NaOH.The experimental results showed that when the concentration of L-113 A was 2%?v/v?,emulsion to external ratio was 1:4 and emulsification speed was 3000 r/min,the removal efficiency of NO2 can reach 96.65%;For the removal of NO,it was oxidized to NO2 firstly and then absorbed.The experimental results showed that when the concentration of oxidant was 2 mol/L,the NaOH concentration was 0.125 mol/L,emulsion to external ratio was 1:5 and the p H of external phase was 9,the removal efficiency of NO2 can reach 85.96%.Simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas by emulsion liquid membrane method is preliminarily constructed.The membrane phase composes of kerosene as diluent,L-113 A as surfactant and NaOH solution as internal phase.Under the best conditions,the desulfurization rate can reach more than 99% and the denitrification rate was 88.59%,which have a good effect.The effect of heating method,centrifugal method and high voltage electrostatic method on the demulsification effect were compared.The experimental results showed that the demulsification rate were 83.3%,45.9% and 97.3%,respectively.
