| With the advance of technology in computerized flat knitting machine,the knitted products are widely applied in apparel and home textiles for its soft hand,excellent elasticity,various style and complex and changeful color and structure texture.The functional comfort and design diversified home textiles have broad market space as the high demanding from the consumers with higher requirements in better home environment and good quality.Featuring of short design to production flow path and diversified products,the knitted home textiles produced on computerized flat machine take good advantage in the market and keep good development momentum.The development of bionic knitted home textiles can not only maintain the characteristics of knitted products,but also link nature with home,and provide a more natural,interesting and relaxing home environment for people.Firstly,this paper summarizes the functional characteristics of different knitted home textile categories and the design elements such as yarn,weave construction,color and pattern,weaving process and modeling are summarized.Then,the form,texture and structure characteristics of the tree leaves were studied and summarized.According to the form,texture and structure characteristics of the tree leaves,the bionic design and development of the fabrics and products of knitted home textiles were carried out.In this paper,We designed and developed 12 fabrics,including 3 form bionic fabrics,5 texture bionic fabrics and 4 structure bionic fabrics.Finishing processes of a felting effect fabric one of the form bionic fabrics was studied.It was carried out by80 groups of orthogonal experiments,including 4 kinds of yarn with different colors,the density of the 5 kinds of weaving,the time of the 2 felting and the temperature of the 2 felting.Then,three products have designed and developed on the basis of the previous,including carpet,sofa blanket and pillows.In the development process of the fabrics and the products,we can conclude that the development of knitted products is realized through the yarns,weave structures,weaving process,finishing process,etc.The color and texture of the yarns and the weave structures can directly affect handle and performance characteristics of the knitted fabrics.The construction of the smalldiagram is very important in making pattern.The small diagram can be more convenient and quick to draw a more complex weave structure,and it must be set up the function line in the drawing.In weaving process,the key is to adjust the parameter of the density paragraph.The parameter of different weave structures are different.We should adjust parameter according to the yarn count,material and to achieve the effect of weave structures.In the finishing process,the more important is the felting and ironing process.The dyeing of the yarn,weaving density,felting time,felting temperature have an impact on the felting effect.The most significant impact is the weaving density.The greater weaving density has a better felting effect.The effect of dark yarn is better than that of light color yarn.And the felting effect of 30 min is better than that of 20 min.The felting effect of 45 ℃ is better than that of 35 ℃,but it is not obvious.In order to prevent ironing hardening,we should be away from the fabric 0.5-1cm to iron according to the surface texture of the fabric when the fabrics is being ironed.In the paper,aiming at the methods and characteristics of the design and development of knitted home textiles,theme and color design was carried.And the fabrics was designed and developed by knitting structure and color texture matching,from the form of bionics,texture bionics and structural bionics three aspect.Then,the weaving and finishing process of knitted home textiles were carried out with the characteristics of cashmere fiber and the bionic design of form.The development of this topic will provide useful design ideas and developing experience for the design and development of knitted products,and provide reference and reference for enterprise design and development of related products. |
