The Study On Pressure Comfort Of Sports Bra Based On Blood Flow And Movement Heart Rate

With the popularity of sports and people’s attention to healthy lifestyle,more and more women choose to exercise.Therefore,the clothing comfort is especially important in the process of movement,and the clothing pressure comfort is an important index to evaluate the overall comfort of clothing.Clothing pressure helps to improve the body’s motor performance,but over a certain range,will make the blood flow blocked,and some adverse health conditions.Therefore,it is of great practical value and significance to study the pressure comfort of clothing according to human physiological indexes.First of all,based on the research of the pressure comfort at home and abroad,this paper selects 25 women aged 22~26 years as subjects of this subjective and objective pressure experiment.They are similar in height and weight,and the bust size is 75 B or 75 C.Through the static and dynamic subjective evaluation method and the objective measurement method of dynamic and static pressure and physiological indexes,Study on the pressure comfort of the four sports bra brand Adidas,Anta,Decathlon and Nike.This paper uses fuzzy opinion centralized decision method and synthesizes the frequency numerical sorting of different parts in different evaluation grades,make a ranking for the four brands of sports bra 8 parts of the pressure comfort.Get four brands of sports bra 8 parts’ subjective pressure comfort from bad to good sorting in quiet and exercise state.Using the Flexiforce pressure test system developed by American Tekscan company and treadmill,the subjects were subjected to dynamic and static objective stress test,through the statistical analysis of objective pressure measurement,obtained the objective pressure distribution of four brand sports bras in quiet and moving state.Through the dynamic subjective evaluation results and the objective pressure test results,determined the pressure comfort range of each measurement area of the bra.The pressure comfort range of each part of the sports bra is: side neck point4.15~5.67 kPa,levator scapular point of scapula3.23~4.48 kPa,BP point2.56~3.97 kPa,lateral lower breast2.02~3.33 kPa,inferior margin of breast1.69~2.74 kPa,side midpoint1.63~2.18 kPa,lower the bust to the 1/4 point on the spine3.98~4.79 kPa,the midpoint of the spine and side seam on the lower bust4.04~4.91 kPa.The sensitivity of the subjects to pressure varied from low to high is: side neck point,BP point,lateral lower breast,levator scapular point of scapula,inferior margin of breast,the midpoint of the spine and side seam on the lower bust,lower the bust to the 1/4 point on the spine,side midpoint.Secondly,this paper use O2 C to measure the various parts of the skin blood flow under static and dynamic for the subjects,the results showed that subjects wore different brands of sports bras with similar blood flow patterns.In quiet state,the skin blood flow in each part of the subjects ranged from high to low is: BP point,lateral lower breast,inferior margin of breast,side midpoint,levator scapular point of scapula,side neck point,lower the bust to the 1/4 point on the spine,the midpoint of the spine and side seam on the lower bust.Then,the test heart rate of subjects in the exercise and quiet state by the American Mio Alfa FUSE fused Shi Heart Bracelet.Finally,analyze the dynamic and static blood flow change rate,achieved the change of the rate of change of blood flow rate in the range of pressure comfort.The average blood flow rate in the comfort range of the measuring points of the sports bra is: side neck point40.97%,levator scapular point of scapula44.98%,BP point24.95%,lateral lower breast20.35%,inferior margin of breast35.74%,side midpoint54.20%,lower the bust to the 1/4 point on the spine35.92%,the midpoint of the spine and side seam on the lower bust54.55%.
