With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry,It’s a difficult problem to realize a dynamic detection of deformation strain for the large-scale complex mechanical structures or curved surface in many fields,such as Aerospace,petroleum,shipping,high-speed rail,wind power,automotive and other industries.The Oil pumping unit is an important equipment in petroleum industry.But it often appears wear,cracks and other issues.Because the oil pumping always at working station and it has a large size limit.It’s difficult to judge the working status and performance in time and to optimize and improve the important problems in later period.The paper is supported by the project of science and technology support the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region “Full size detection technology and equipment project of large oil pumping equipment in oil field”;Study on rapid deformation strain detection of oil pumping equipment in the oil field.The traditional measurement can’t realize a dynamic,real-time,global measurement during the working process of pumping unit.A new approach based on Digital Speckle Correlation Method(DSCM)was proposed.It to realize dynamic detection of deformation strain during the working process of pumping unit.Obtained the speckle image during the working process of pumping unit by using DSCM,Matched the collected image,Analyzed the gray change of the digital image and calculated the displacement of the parts surface.Got massive point cloud data through the contrast detection system and fast calculated of the stress and strain in the dynamic process of oil pumping unit.The beam bearing seat as the key parts of oil pumping machine oil pumping machine,often appear crack damage,by pumping beam bearing as an example,the3 D dynamic measurement in the actual movement process,the dynamic change of stress and strain.The pump dynamic measurement results and actual pumping model by comparing the results of finite element analysis results show that the distribution ofextreme strain digital speckle correlation method based on the measured results and the finite element simulation analysis of the overall trend is consistent,while the digital speckle correlation method based on the measured stress extreme value distribution and Co.element analysis result tends to coincide.The method can accurately and efficiently obtain the dynamic change of the pumping unit.Due to the limitations of hardware conditions,the existing equipment has not been able to complete its dynamic strain measurement.Through practical research and theoretical analysis,the corresponding reasonable program is worked out.Facilitate the development of post related tests.The result,the DSCM is an efficient way to obtain the full stain and stress of oil pumping.and provide a important reference for optimization.
