The naphthalimide group has been creatively applied to the field of plant growth regulators by our group,a series of derivatives with plant growth regulator activity were designed and synthesized.This paper was based on the preliminary work of the laboratory,the naphthalimide was further modified and designed by using organic acids such as naphthalene acetic acid,two series of eleven new naphthalimide compounds besides organic acid esters and acyl thiourea were designed and synthesized,The specific structure of the organic acid ester compounds are as follows:Eight new compounds showed excellent regulatory effects on plant growth in both indoor and field experiments,it has a certain research value and market development prospects.The structures of the three acyl thiourea compounds are as follows:Biological activity tests showed,three kinds of compounds both had plant growth regulation and sterilization of the dual activity,and had a certain practical application value and development prospects.the unique mechanism of action and excellent acaricidal activity of spirodiclofen and spiromesifen has been the focus of the acaricides research.This paper is based on the analysis of documents and the structural transformation of spirodiclofen and spiromesifen were carried out,and the new compounds3-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-oxo-1-oxaspiro[4.5] dec-3-en-4-ylbutyl-1-sulfonate and3-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)-2-oxo-1-oxaspiro[4.4] non-3-enen-4-ylbutyl-1-sulfonate had excellent acaricidal activity.
