| In this paper,the Reynolds stress model is used to simulate the three-dimensional unsteady flow field in the cyclone.The variation of the frequency and amplitude of the vortex core along the radial and axial direction in the cyclone separator is analyzed.The characteristic parameters of the vortex core in the cyclone separator,D type cyclone separator and Stairmand type cyclone separator are compared.Changing the operating parameters and structural parameters of the cyclone separator to analyze the influence of the change of the characteristic parameters of the vortex core on the separation efficiency and pressure drop.Additional flow column and anti-reentrainment cone cyclone flow field structure after further improvement,the instability of flow field in the vortex core is improved.In this paper,the main research work on the analysis of the motion of the vortex core in the cyclone separator is studied:1.Numerical model was constructed by using the mathematical modeling software gambit2.4.6 and the model is calculated by FLUENT16.0 software.Comparison of the characteristics of the vortex core in circumfluent cyclone separator,DⅢtype cyclone and Stairmand cyclone separator.The results showed that:circumfluent cyclone separator compared with the DⅢtype and Stairmand type cyclone separator,decreased at PVC frequency and amplitude at the dust exhaust port of the most obvious,the frequency decreased by 65% and 70%,the maximum amplitude were reduced by 26% and 55%.Circulation cyclone separator compared with the DⅢ type and Stairmand type cyclone separator,the frequency and amplitude of PVC decreased in different regions.The average rotation radius of Stairmand type cyclone separator was 1.5 times higher than DIII type,the maximum rotation radius was 1.3 times of DIII type,the average rotation radius of DIII type cyclone separator was 1.8 times of circumfluent type,maximum rotation radius was 1.1 times ofcirculation type.Compared with the circumfluent cyclone separator,PVC of the DIII type and Stairmand type cyclone separator can form a large eccentric swinging movement,the maximum degree of eccentricity of the swirl vortex in the Stairmand type cyclone separator,so easily separated wall particles involved in the flow,resulting in a decline in the separation efficiency of the cyclone.2.By changed the inlet gas velocity,the diameter of the exhaust pipe and the height of the cyclone,to explore the influence of the rotating radius,frequency and amplitude of the processing vortex core.The results show that when the inlet gas velocity increased,the rotating radius,the frequency and the amplitude of the processing vortex core increased.When the diameter of the exhaust pipe of the cyclone separator is decreased and the height of the cylinder is increased,the rotating radius of the processing vortex core decreased,the frequency and the amplitude increased.3.The circumfluent cyclone separator with steady flow column and antireentrainment cone,average rotation radius of PVC decreases 40%,the maximum rotation radius decreases by 43%.The frequency and amplitude of the precessing vortex core are most obvious at the dust exhaust port,the frequency is decreased by40%,the maximum amplitude is reduced by a factor of 62%,and the frequency and amplitude of the vortex vortex in different regions are decreased in different degrees.Add steady flow column and anti-reentrainment cone,the precessing vortex core by steady flow guide column,the separated separator wall of the particles is not easy to be involved in the flow,improve the separation efficiency of the cyclone. |
