| With the national strategy of the "mechanized substitutions,automation reduction" in coal field,a new technological revolution about automatic mining of underground working in coal mine has been set off.As the core equipment for the production,the automatic control level of coal winning machine is very important.At present,a lot of work has been done on the key technology research and demonstration application of automatic working at home and abroad,however,it is difficult to satisfy some requirements which arc real-time data acquisition,remote monitoring,the flexible configuration for coal mining technology and intelligent control algorithm integration due to the lack of characteristic design for the automatic work of the shearer’s electric control system.Therefore,the development of coal mining machine for the automatic work of the electronic control system can effectively promote the development of small or unmanned technical development,which is a great significance to enhance the intelligent level of shearer.In this system,the electric traction shearer control system which is suitable for automatic working has been analyzed about the requirement.Also,the solution which is based on double DSP about the electric traction shearer control system is put forward.Some functions for basic control and remote monitoring,such as input and output,control decision,communication protocol processing,etc.,can be completed by using the fixed-point DSP TMS320F2812 as the control core in the solution,TMS320F28335 floating-point DSP is used to assist to finish some related algorithm processing of advanced control of shearer.The overall plan of the shearer control system is regarded as the object to establish the hardware platform of shearer control system.The control of the shearer,the data exchange between the main and auxiliary DSP and the data storage of the working condition can be completed by the controlling of the input and output,the state acquisition and communication interface design,communication between the main and auxiliary DSP design,data storage module design and Program design based on DSP/BIOS,so it is possible to setup platform for automatic control function of shearer.Aiming at the problems of the shearer’s automatic speed control,the automatic adjustment of the rocker arm,satisfying the mining process design and status of the monitoring,basing on the research on the relationship between cutting load and cutting current and the prediction of rocker height,the gray theory prediction model of the Markov chain correction is used to transplant the rocker height prediction method in the DSP,the automatic control of shearer is realized by the prediction model of cutting load and electric current and the prediction model of rocker arm elevation.Finally,the coal mining technology is taken as the research object,and the method of coal mining technology is adopted to complete the automatic coal cutting function.The experimental platform of coal mining machine control system based on DSP is setup,moreover,the experiment show that the system can effectively cope with the change of coal mining technology and can be integrated with the remote monitoring system of coal miner so that to promote the self-experience of coal miner manufacturers and improve the automation level of fully mechanized coal mining. |
