With the extensive application of laser stereolithography technology,more and more people to study the laser three-dimensional forming of the cladding layer of the organizational properties and mechanical properties.At the same time,high-temperature alloys with the progress of society,people are increasingly concerned about the high temperature materials research and application.Among them,Inconel718 nickel-based superalloy is widely used in aerospace a high temperature alloy material.In this paper,the Inconel718 nickel-based superalloy with laser stereolithography was studied.The laser stereoscopic forming experiment was carried out on a Forconel718 alloy substrate with a certain process parameter.The nickel-based coating with good shape,no defect,low dilution and good metallurgical bonding was obtained.In this paper,the high temperature microstructure of Inconel718 superalloy,matrix,bonding zone and cladding layer was observed by high temperature metallographic microscope.More intuitive and more real-time in situ observation of the laser three-dimensional formation Inconel718 high temperature alloy microstructure changes.Through the ABAQUS finite element simulation software,an Inconel718 3D static static model was successfully established.By defining the properties of Inconel718 alloy,analyzing the steps,and applying certain boundary conditions and loads,the corresponding thrust thrust parameters are defined to simulate the thrusting process of Inconel718 in the friction stir welding machine.Finally,the temperature time curve of the same surface was obtained by the simulation results.At the same time,the temperature curve of Inconel718 alloy in the upper surface of the Inconel718 alloy was obtained,and the Inconel718 was deduced.Inconel718 The heat treatment temperature experienced.On the basis of the above,the influence of the thrust on the microstructure and hardness of the Inconel718 alloy cladding layer was compared,and it was confirmed that the grain thickness could be refined to a certain extent,the residual stress was reduced and the Inconel718 alloy cladding Layer hardness.
