| In the color printing reproduction process, due to the impact of many factors, printing products will always produce compared to the original distribution of different color. The study of chromatic aberration distribution reveals that the system error is a dominant factor in the original factors that produce chromatic aberration, except for various random errors.Based on the basic principle of color reproduction and the basic law of error transmission,this paper uses the combination of logic analysis and experimental verification to carry out the root cause search and influence analysis of geometric error. Main research work of this paper and obtained conclusions are as follow:1) Geometric error in the process of image transfer has many roots. Including the principle error of prepress processing , adequacy of printing materials and equipment, as well as the dynamic error in the printing process.2) Geometric errors produce color image color mapping deviations. But in general,different error sources have different error transmission relations and color mapping.3) The screen has the essential role of determining the geometric shapes and relationships of different color dots, as a principle of systematic error, the screen does not match the impact of printing color development can not be ignored, resulting in printed color shift phenomenon.4) During the printing process due to the role of wetting and pressure will lead to paper deformation, causing system error, due to the impact of dot (geometric) relationship between the color shift phenomenon.5) Improper adjustment of the printing equipment, including the printing pressure adjustment and overprint adjustment, resulting in geometric error, resulting in dot deformation and overprint is not accurate, thus causing color difference.6) Based on the MATLAB platform, a set of simulation analysis prototype system is developed to realize the predetermined function, which provides support for the analysis of geometric error. |
