Research On Key Technology Of Vehicle Monitoring And Management System For Open-pit Mine Based On Mobile Internet

With the development of wireless communication technology,the speed of mobile network transmission and the rapid increase of terminal equipment computing power,Internet + in the industry has become increasingly common,the development of China’s mobile Internet industry in all aspects of the conditions are relatively mature.Mine transportation as a modern open pit mine production and operation of the main work,the efficient management of transport vehicles directly affect the economic benefits of mining enterprises.This paper puts forward the application of mobile Internet technology to research and develop the monitoring and management system of open pit mine vehicle,which is of great theoretical significance and application prospect to further accelerate the pace of information construction of mine enterprises and improve the production management level of open pit mine.As follows is the main research work of this topic:(1)Based on the mobile Internet platform,this paper systematically analyzes the mobile geographic information system,the global satellite positioning system,the instant messaging technology and the Android development platform,which is involved in the vehicle control system,and puts forward the GIS/GPS mine vehicle monitoring and management based on the Android platform System solutions.(2)In the application software engineering theory,the deployment framework,the development framework,the function flow and the function module contents of the mine vehicle monitoring and management system based on the mobile Internet are analyzed and designed in detail.(3)This paper has carried on the thorough research and analysis to the key technical problems involved in the system design such as the unique regional personalized map service technology,the XMPP protocol instant messaging technology,the mobile data flow control mechanism,the mobile terminal remote data access mechanism,The corresponding solution.(4)The software has been developed in a mining enterprise,through the initial application test,the software system performance is stable,functional,to meet the needs of the scene and to achieve the initial design goals.The research work of the system shows that the mining vehicle monitoring and management system based on mobile Internet has the value of popularization and application,which can improve the enterprise informatization level and realize the efficient,safe and scientific management of mine production.
